Spike Video Game Awards - Live Saturday December 11 8PM ET/5PM PT

Hello Gamers! The time of year has come that the best video games of the year are decided. Not only that but, many huge announcements on many big games.
This topic is to be used to discuss anything that has to do with the 2010 VGA.

To start off, here is the link to the commercial for the Video Game Awards. http://www.spike.com/video/vgas-future-is/3498476.

Now, if you pause for a fraction of a second at around 00:20 in the video, you will notice that right after after it says "look closer", there's a sign that says "Infected? Report it!" With an upside down "1 of 3" at the bottom. Left 4 Dead 3 perhaps?

Very, Very interesting. I have been waiting for a Left 4 Dead 3 announcement for a veryyy long time.

Okay next, there is 26 different categories and different nominees for each. Below is a code so you can state your opinions on who will be the winning nominees. The link for the nominees is here.

BioWare announced Mass Effect 3 at the 2010 Awards. Batman: Arkham City had its gameplay debut at the 2010 awards along with the sequel to Prototype. Famed movie director Guillermo Del Toro announced his video game, Insane, which is being developed by Saints Row's Volition team. The first trailer of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception aired during the 2010 awards. Other new games previewed included Mortal Kombat featuring Kratos, Resistance 3, Portal 2, and SSX: Deadly Descent. Musical performances were by My Chemical Romance and José González.

I think that Halo Reach is going to win the best game of the year, but I personally like Black Ops.

Black Ops is also a good game. But, in my opinion the Call of Duty seires is a bit overrated.....

Call Of Duty IS overrated. Its just another shooter about war. Nothing different.
I don't see how any Wii game could be entered into Best Graphics...

I'm leaning toward the God of War III, Mass Effect II, and Red Dead Redemption side. Those were some awesome games...but then again...I haven't touched Halo:Reach or Call of Duty:Black Ops yet, so yeah.

Mass Effect 2 will win the RPG category. I really cannot see FF13 wining in something like this. The only JP like games that would win would be for the wii. American games tend to win the majority of these awards.

I'll kill Neil Patrick Harris once he announces Mass Effect 2 won game of the year, we all know it will, there is no contest, I prefer God Of War III, but it won't win and neither of the others will.
