Heaven has been released now, if you haven't seen. It's a new forum, and apparently, if you have any oopsie-doopsies on your recent Gaia record, you can't get in. This means it's apparently free from trolls and the various other undesirables that cause problems around the site. Somehow, I got in ;D Gabriel is kinda cute. I want his freaking wings. It must release in different time zones cuz it tells me I don't have access yet and it's not showing up in the forums. ...And there's been no announcement yet.... That, and this is a new account and I haven't been in trouble razz

I've heard that some new accounts aren't able to get in, but I haven't checked on any of my mules yet.
I've not heard that there will be a hell, but can you imagine it? It'd be full of trolls like a certain someone who shall remain nameless 3nodding

It's based on individual account, not IP. If all his other accounts were banned but the existing one hasn't been warned / temp banned / legitimately reported / etc, they have no way of keeping it out unfortunately.
