Hello i am Ned. i am actually an account of tigris cobaltchaos and the guilds honorary tranny. i need a new look. i tend to be a bit flamboyant and feminine so i need help coming up with a masculine look! so break out the best guy outfit items you have! any color, item and price will do. just have fun!
Ned has earnest grey eyes and boyish purple hair. please keep the hair and eyes unless you are using an item to change them.
contest will run from 11-8 to 11-20
voting will start on 11-22 and run for a week. winner and runner up will get a monthly letter.

-if more then one entries is listed per person it will be listed as (person A and person B)
-if the person's entries both A and B win first and second they will only win ONE letter and an addition 10k. then third place will get the letter if it is not a C entry.
-basically the max amount of winnings can only be a letter plus 10k
