Tori doesn't eat candy or sweets and thus she doesn't keep candy and sweets in the house. Once in a while she'll cook fudge for a friend (maybe share a tiny bit with the twins), or have chocolate covered strawberries for herself (maybe share a tiny bit with the twins). So if the kids get sweets then it's from the nanny or the maid or another member of the family or friend of the family.

Tori: The older you get the more important it will be to take care of those teeth. You wouldn't want cavities, would you? A trip to the dentist?

Tori: A dentist is a person who helps you to take care of your teeth. They also work on your teeth if they are damaged... Something like that.

=^_^= As for this little girl, I know Tori doesn't like sweets and keeps barely any in the house, so the things such as lemonade ice blocks and chocolate cake...Ixa would be trying them when she is older (such as child stage) and is either at a friend's place or a cafe where she can order sweets for herself or perhaps when she has a little pocket money and can buy treats later on. Or if Sanqui has 'acquired' some in some way and they share them. XD
