For characters who were drawn by Shazari but not paid for using RL money (aka -- won through RP contests), will we still get the next stages of our art, assuming we complete the RP requirements for them? If I remember correctly, Natsube has said that she would draw art for anyone who completed their RP requirements, even if it was a character received through an RP contest where there was no Gaia Gold/RL Cash payment. I know that Sailor Magellan was posted for growth back in March, for example, and I am preparing to post Sailor Ares for growth shortly. Will Shaz being doing the art (and to that end should we contact her directly, or should we defer to the current managers)? Or will they be templated? Or would they be ineligible for growth art? Natsube: For this, I would contact Shaz directly; if she says no, or if she says someone else can take on the art, I am fully prepared to pick up the slack. Random question is random !
Are the spheres that were once reserved for cavaliers/parallel senshi/parallel cavaliers open to be quested as senshi, or at they still restricted in some fashion ?
Mouse: I'd consider them open for questing! Think of it this way: those spheres were reserved for the PARALLEL universe. That doesn't mean they can't exist in this one!

Are the graduation civvies from June still being done or was that idea scrapped?
There used to be a list of names that were off limits (I'm not sure if it's still up). Are those names still off limits or can we try for them?
Mouse: I believe those were scrapped due to the workload being sort of unfair to dump on colorists. You can still consider your character graduated even if you don't have the art for it, however.
As far as the names -- Parallels that never came into play can be opened so long as they can be paired to a celestial object (someone please interject here if they disagree!). The other off-limits names and spheres are ones you should probably still steer away from for now.

I have a question!!
For ORPs like the event orps in the games that may only take a post or two unless you plan on coming back to them is there a limit to how many posts/words (like is it min the solo length or something) before you can use those towards a sailor's growing rps?
^^; I just want to make sure I'm counting them right.
Mouse: As with any other kind of RP you do here, you need to contribute a minimum of 450 words for it to count.

I've been hearing different things but just wanted to check, for battle RPs, how much words are necessary for it to count? <3 Is it possible to count an unfinished battle that has been left alone for quite awhile (or a dead battle?) as long as it has the minimum word count?
Nessy: Ideally, you should have around 500 words per person to make it count for growth. If it's not cleanly finished, I would suggest editing in a post where your character simply leaves. If it's in the middle of action, just have them run off! Yeah, it's not ideal, but it does make it technically 'finished'. However, as long as you have the general word count and it actually does have some fighting action, I'd say it is okay to have one or two 'unfinished' battles.

So I noticed in the NovaxChibi Moon rp that it said that Nova is Sailor Cosmos. Does this mean that canon senshi souls will be brought back into play? Or is she like... the last of canon senshi souls that don't count towards the ban?
Also, plot related and understand if it can be said, but does this also mean that Nova is Usagi, as it said in the manga that Cosmos is the last form of Sailor Moon?
Nessy: Very much like Chibimoon, Nova has been 'canon' for a long time now! There were a few snags in RL and RP that have prevented her from being fully revealed, but she's been obviously Cosmos for awhile now.
No, she is not Usagi. Sorry senshi, you gotta look a little further for your princess!
Mouse: And as far as bringing 'canon souls' back into play... well, if we did, it miiiiiiight not be in the way you'd be expecting!
One of our major goals with the shop's storyline is to make it so the importance is placed more on what current and active senshi and Negaversers are doing to contribute to it, and less on speculation and spectating on a small handful of 'important' goodies and baddies. :3 With that in mind, I like to think of any possible canon / unique character acquisitions that may happen as sprinkles on top of the RP cupcake: you definitely don't need them for the cupcake to be delicious, but it's always a neat bonus and adds a bit of flavor to have them there.

Yat for QnA being back! whee
Now, I have couple silly or not so silly questions about guardian cats:
1. I asked this in thread before and got the answer already but I thought others might wonder the same thing. Have guardian cats had past life in Destiny City before becoming guardians? Or did they just pop in here from who-knows-where? Or can they be both?
Nessy: None of the cats has had a past life so far except for Astraea, and that is because she has Luna's soul. But the cats didn't just pop out of nowhere! There was never any real story set, but from a few talks I had while working on Derp, you can assume that at some point the guardian part of the cat took over. A lot like a senshi who randomly awakens? Does that make sense? It's definitely something to bring up with the other RP managers, which is what I will do ASAP and edit this with a clearer answer.
2. When doing their awakening stuff and all, is there certain way how they get the henshin pen out of sub-space or wherever? Or does everyone do it in their own way?
Nessy: Generally everyone has stuck to the 'backflip prettily' way, but I know there's been one or two moments where Derpraline hasn't really had the coordination or the timing, and has just magically had one appear in her hands. Generally, whatever makes you happy is cool!
Mouse: There have also been a few cases where Astraea would hack them up like plastic hairballs. However, Atlas implores you to not employ this method. D:
Lizzy: Even more useless information! For a while there, ********* had a broken leg and couldn't back flip, so instead she had to resort to turning into her human-like form and forming it in her hand. Just another flavor to toss out there!
3. In theory, if a guardian cat loses his/her clothes when in antro form and then they have to quickly transform into cat form, what happens to their clothes? Will they disappear and appear on them next time they transform into antro? Or will they stay wherever they were left? If the latter one, what if someone takes those clothes?
Nessy: Like a senshi or Nega, a guardian cat's outfit is magical. Derp's hat always comes back, no matter how many times she loses it. Don't tell Taranis.
I could give you an example of possible scenario where this would happen if you want. XD

Sort of along the same lines as Marsh's question but are there any rules regarding SH students finishing their year and moving on to DCU? Like, would we need new civvie art, does it have to correspond with the correct RL time (i.e. we could do it in June), etc?
Mouse: Nope, don't need civilian art for that either! It should probably correspond with the correct RL time though, but if you finish your program early or late you could start attending DCU in January (spring semester!) as well as at the start of a fall semester. Along with this -- I'd like a second opinion on this one -- there are cases in real life of people attending classes at both a community college and at university in the same semester, so you could possibly have a few classes in SH and a few at DCU.

STUPID QUESTION.
Senshi and negas are usually more agile and badass like henshined up (see roof-jumping and whatnot), but are their physical stength also affected ? Do they physically hit harder when in henshin, etc ?
Mouse: Yeah, just a bit! The physical strength boost is a bit greater in Negaversers, however, since the senshi powerup focuses mainly on magic. Your average Lieutenant could beat your average Sailor senshi in an arm wrestling match.

To follow Zero's question.
I know in the anime we saw Mina have some of that 'agile/physical strength' while she was Mina instead of Venus. Does this go for the civilians here as well? (Like we occasionally saw her jump off/to the balcony without getting hurt)
Nessy: Anime physics work a lot differently, and while this is a fantasy shop, I'd say that they can take hits a little harder. But they still can't jump any higher or run any faster than normal. Their endurance is probably higher, because most senshi and Negas are forced to be in top physical shape! But other than the ability to take harder hits, they're otherwise human.

I was trying to add some stuff up for reqs and was wondering - do the RP's in Tartaros (especially the large group must solve mystery ones that got stopped) count towards growth, if you've met the word count?
Mouse: If you've met the word count, yes they can. ^^
