I plan on doing this at the very beggining of the apocalypse. As your character is based on yourself, it means you have to ask; "Do you know where to find a gun? Do you know how to fire one properly? Could you compensate for the kickback?" There's no point in lying cause that would just ruin the point of the uniquness and realism.

I do plan on doing this, but I'm not sure when it'll happen. When it does, I plan on keeping a strict eye on characters that join.

Cool. If it does happen then let me know. I'll gladly join in. It is a nice spin to base the character off of one's self. I assume that it doesn't have to be exactly like yourself, just very similar to yourself.

Yeaaahh. Kinda like that. The skills are the same, but the personality can be different.I for one knowing quite a bit about chemistry (and from having fun blowing stuff up in the fields when I was younger) have given my character 'street chemistry' from which he can cobble together Molotov cocktails, homemade mortars (Oh... they are the buisiness btw biggrin ) and other things.
But, his personality is a flip of mine. I'm quite a laid back, happy, fun loving and more or less couldn't care either way kinda person. My character is brash and angry, though not a bad person. He just doesn't fit into society, a punk to the very bone.Where as in reality I'm just a fan of the music and dress sense xD

@Eylios, I wouldn't be so sure. Sometimes it's the more obscure things that you wouldn't class as a skill that can be useful. I for one know you're artistic, therefore making you imaginative. That imagination can be applied to a whole variety of things razz . you also seem quite organised and that's a vital thing to have if you want to survive. I can't say much more as I only know you through words on the Internet xD but I'm sure there's a lot you've simply overlooked biggrin

My character is based for to much on me, but it's easier in that sense. I know how I'd react, thus he reacts the same way.

I think I'll put it up once I get four other folk saying that they want to join. So far there's me, Giyari and Firestat. Two more and it's go.

That's more or less it. Half of the story would be trying to find out if anyones families had survived, with the other half searching for a safe zone until they either reach one or everyone dies. The end wasn't important, but the getting there is what this Rp was all about. Because it's part of my multiverse, I had planned for this to tie up any loose ends from my point of view. Now it's sort of grown a bit and turned into a proper Rp.

The ending is whatever we make it to be. If it looks like we're going to find a safe place to live, the by all means, that's how it will go. The thing is, I like realism for my Rps. If someone get's bitten, I know that they probibly won't make it to the end. At least not without losing a limb.

Although I'm not usually into the whole zombie genre, this roleplay actually seems quite interesting. I've tried to have characters based upon myself before, but if the setting is not realistic it doesn't seem to work as well. This one seems like it could pull it off nicely, so consider me officially very interested in joining! biggrin
