The gates to Cloud are set high upon the mountain tops where the altitude makes it difficult to breathe if one is not used to it. The whole area is filled with dense clouds that drift across, making it difficult to see when you approach the gate. Like a mirage, the gates appear as one gets closer. The gates are a series of floating stones that drift across a crevice that is over a mile wide and deeper than anyone has ever cared to measure. The stones are secured by wire but because of all the clouds they appear to be floating and the wires are too thin to walk on by foot.
Due to recent events the gates are closed to all outsiders. You must speak with an ANBU at the gates before you are allowed entry.
L&R's Tavern: Before the crevice, a wooden, two story tavern exists. Lefty and Right (as they are better known by) are accompanied by their bartender, Magnus, and their two wives as they lay train tracks in search of legendary ore deposits.
Train Station: A few meters in front of L&R's Tavern, a modest set of steps lead up to a train platform. As far as the two brothers are concerned, their tracks extend all the way from the Land of Snow down to the Land of Clouds' borders. Any place that their tracks can reach is also a potential site for trading or ore mining.

The Mizukage arrived, still in her paper form. Before she came in to view however, she converted back into her regular skin, and walked up to the guards. She flashed her Shinobi I.D, however that wasn't needed. They knew she was a Kage. "I'm here to ask the Raikage to consider a possible Alliance between the Mist and Cloud." She said with a smile. Worse comes to worse, if Cloud was to deny them, she would have to create an elite group of shinobi.
(Either way, if they accept or deny, I needed a way to start up The Seven Swordsman... thus, the Elite Group of Shinobi.)

Sypher's clone had wandered the village for several hours now, searching for new things to do once he was done with his business. He found himself wandering the gates when a Kage from another village arrived "Raikage-dono is busy. She probably will need you to go to her..." the guards growled at the gennin as he walked past them to speak to the outside Kage "I'm Sypher."

The lady listened to the words of the young shinobi. she bowed down to the person, showing respect to the villager. "My name is Doku Le, the Mizukage. There should be another smaller shinobi coming, her name is Kiri." The woman said before walking towards the boy. Once she was about a meter away, she smiled. "Would you be able to escort me to the Raikage? My genin, when she arrives, will be able to find me. She's fairly smart." The Mizukage said in a soft and sweet tone.

Sypher didn't immediately jump to do her bidding, examining her with electric green eyes. His ears moved slightly as he stared "I suppose I could. So long as you don't do anything to her..." he was testing the waters, you could say, to make sure that he wasn't doing anything wrong. He knew the guards had ok'ed the woman but Sypher was uneasy around strangers. He shifted his feet "I'm sorry but...I don't want to end up getting my Kage in trouble."

Doku smiled, and nodded her head. "Completely understandable. If your guards allow me in, then I'd simply wish to talk to her about a couple things. One being the alliance." she said with a smile. "You seem to be nice.. Maybe you and my genin could spar?" She said with a bright smile.

The Mizukage sat there, smiling at the Gate's Guardian. She grinned at him, then went back to her smile, letting out a slight giggle. "Protectors? No. Just one. She'll be here soon. Small girl. I doubt I wouldn't be able to hold my own. There is a reason that I'm Kage." She said to the gate's guardian. Then, without warning, she flared up like a pufferfish. However, her flaring up was robe shooting out, and her human form turning into a paper abnormality. She then smiled at the Gate Guardian. There was another surprise she had to show if someone was to attack her. See, she was the Snake Sage as well. "Can someone please escort me to the Raikage? And, it is fine if the children do not battle. However, this one that I'm talking to. He seems to have potential. I'd keep him close to your Kage." She said before large wings made of paper seemed to sprout out of her back, they flapped a couple times, and she was in-air.

Sypher jumped back as the woman became a paper figure and scowled slightly. He hadn't noticed the anbu and now the woman was in the air where she could do what she pleased, he suspected "I'll take you. But you can't be like that! All...papery and such. It could be mistaken for an attack." he spoke sternly, trying to keep this Kage from getting hurt or from her hurting anyone else. "Please come down from that now. I'll take you to see Kage-dono."

Behind the boy she would appeared, her mangled form as though a damaged doll. Glass eyes holding to the false wings, a smile to her features as her eyes grew with the coldness of her touch upon Sypher. " She need not say she could fly, see? She has! Yet I wasn't impressed..." Her voice like whispers, but what care held to her blatant hues of blue that transpired to a mint green on occassion. " Yet here you open the door, lead the pathway to our beloved without worry....If power is what this woman has made known, then be wary of what is shown..." A smooth laugh, like ice shattering she held no afflicted emotion. Simply the bizarre apparrel of a bloody dress, bandages hands...a carnal intent, perhaps? Her smile widen, and finally to the women she seemed to hold words for, " How high can you fly with such lesser wings of and angel? " Yet she expected no answer, simply gave words, " You wish for the ear of our Raikage, then I earnest impose you understand the golden rule of our land" Falsely smiling, but the staggering malice twisted and tarnished with sincerity held no clear definition of the intention of her whimisical talk.

The clone shivered and broke apart as Sypher arrived, keeping his distance from the cold new woman "I did not open the door without placing the rules of entry." he said warily, standing by the blue haired girl as he stopped. His ears were hanging limp down by his shoulders and he had his arms wrapped around his body "I just see no reason to be rude and deny her the opportunity of speaking. That's all..."

Doku smiled at the two as they talked. Her paper wings began to flutter as she shot downwards at the two. Then, before reaching them, she stopped. She landed on the ground, and became small again. However, it was still visible that she was in her paper form, thanks to her looking like a pinata. "I can go higher than you ever will." She said softly to the blue haired... thing. Whatever it was, she fell in love with it near instantly. Whether it be a pet, or a lover, she wanted it. It's hair was perfect, the way it was mysterious and what not. She loved everything about it.

Sypher's body went stiff as a board when she grabbed his ears, his eyes so wide and angry they took up most of his face "I- I can't permit entry but the guards and that Anbu did. You're here now so you can do as you please." he grabbed his ears at the base of his skull, holding them tightly as she rubbed them on her cheek. It disturbed him how often people were grabbing his ears and they hurt from when she'd pulled them earlier. Sypher wasn't about to say anything to her though since she didn't seem to care that she'd hurt him "I was merely trying to be polite and perform a duty as a citizen of Cloud. I didn't expect that it would trouble anyone." her smile disturbed him and he didn't meet her gaze as the other Kage returned to a normal, if smaller, form.
