In Character
o1. Never steal from one another, for the bonds between us must be strong for us to thrive.
o2. Never slay another wolf without reason, for we are not monsters like some of the more aggressive packs.
o3. Never steal from the poor and the weak, for they are the ones who have been trodden on by those of higher class. They are, in a sense, our brethren.
o4. Do not harm the young, for they are the future. Instead, teach them our ways.
o5. Any disagreement should be brought before the pack's alpha. He will settle disputes as diplomatically as possible.
Failure to follow these simple rules will result in being expunged from the pack.
Out Of Character

o3. Do not godmode or powerplay

..::About::.. The alpha of this pack is a young upstart by the name of Verdauga. His origins were a rather well to do pack from the south east and, though it had been small, it was quickly swelling in numbers. A rather young and incompetent brute took over the position of alpha and led the pack to disaster, refusing to move when floods came. Many pups had been lost, including some of Verdauga's siblings. He has moved on, trying to distance himself from his pack lands. He has wandered without any particular goal, but has recently decided to gather a small pack around himself. This "band of thieves" will roam and steal until their hearts are content, but all those considered "beneath them" will have their aid and protection.
Their targets are the well to do wolves that he so despises.-If you wish to have your wolf join this pack, you must be active! Each wolf will have to meet the Overseer or a wolf that is designated to welcome members to become an official member through roleplay, so expect to play that portion out! Also, to remain a member, you must post every so often. I'm not going to be a roleplay nazi, but I'd expect you to drop in every few weeks, at least! If you are in a plot heavy arpee, I expect you to be around more often.-

::Overseers:: (Alpha)
-There shall only be two, the leader and his equal, be it male or female. They come up with the rules for this rag-tag team and often can change them at will, though they rarely vary from the five originally written.-
::Sentinels:: (Beta)
-Paw picked guards that the alphas rely on to scout the territories they claim as their own. These wolves are highly trusted and highly skilled at what they do and keep an eye on strangers and packmates alike. The number of Sentinels can fluctuate with the size of the pack. Usually there are two, but the size can rise with the numbers of the pack, or fall, if there are few members-
::Cutthroats:: (Beta, Gamma)
-Fierce and dangerous, usually many are not allowed within the pack. Any dirty jobs fall to these wolves. They are in charge of "escorting" enemies of the pack into the next life. If a Cutthroat is deemed a threat to the pack's well being and the leaders of the pack feel they cannot be trusted, they will be driven out.-
::Bandits:: (Beta, Gamma, Omega)
-These wolves make up the meat of the pack, so to speak. Your average pack member would fall under this category and there can be any number of Bandits in the pack at one time. They generally go and do as they are told by their superiors and will participate in raids.-
::Lookouts:: (All Ranks)
-Those that are trusted to find new denning sites, new targets, and protect the borders, the Lookouts are always busy and on the go. Their tasks are important ones and they help to keep the pack safe and hidden from the world.-
::Menders:: (Beta, Gamma, Omega)
-These wolves do just as their titles imply. They are the skilled ones that tend to the weak and the sick, as they are considered a "family" of sorts. None are left behind, unless they are feared to cause damage to the pack. The Menders also do a wide variety of things. They will also scavenge for supplies and watch the pups of the pack.-

The pack has an official thread and is being set up!- 02/17/10: Verdauga is still an adolescent and will need to find a few rag-tag followers before the pack can become official!
