I wasn't sure if we needed a thread like this, but I made it anyways : ) I was busy making a song which I re-named 'METHOD_NEGA=TONELICO/.' because I really wanted to brush up on my Pastalia. I have actual songs picked out from youtube sweatdrop and the Japanese lyrics in the song more than likely don't match up to the emotion I want to convey in the hymn so I will post what I want them to convey eventually 3nodding I do not know enough Hymmnos or Japanese so I'll do mine in English sweatdrop
I'll start with EXEC_NULL.Stream/. :
Used to interfere with another hymn or stream of data by disrupting the sound waves. It does not stop the rival hymn, it only weakens it for a period of time so the vanguards can shut down the cause. This hymn affects the rival singer directly by effectively causing the source to falter and doubt their own hymn. This is one of the oldest and truest Hymns of the Fau Pira. It utilizes the server for its real function: Supporting Ar Tonelico with its power to help sustain the crumbling tower. Since it begins to use the Fau Pira for its original purpose, the strain on the F.P.D.'s is also lifted, curing them of the F.P.D. illness.
It also uses a special dialect of Hymmnos that was originally designed for the Reyvateils of the Fau Pira, but has since all but disappeared from known vocabulary. It is known as Fau Pira's "Lost Dialect" and only F.P.D.'s can understand and use it, although only by downloading the Hymns containing the ancient dialect.

You're AMAZING!!!! heart I'm still trying to learn the basics of Pastalian. You're amazing too! 4laugh I mean c'mon I know next to nothing in hymmnos so yeah lol I think I'll just post whatever I can in hymmnos (which is probably grammatically incorrect) and do the rest in my native tongue xd

Thanks much ^3^ Trust me though, it isn't easy. It took me a couple days to read up and study Standard Hymmnos and Pastalia dialect rules. I was brushing up on the rules and grammar and syntax yesterday to write the song. I'm proud xD
BY THE WAY, if you want me to Reyvateil_Shurelia, I can always use your song and rewrite it in hymmnos :3 I copied down the entire Hymmnos Lexicon, complete with all known Hymmnos words, as well as the meanings of letters, the emotion sounds and the emotion letters inserted into Pastalia Emotion verbs : D So I can write it for you, if you want : ) I can't guarantee it'll be perfect, but then again, all hymmnos songs differ on how the words emotionally strike you. Anywho, if you're interested, PM me ^^ This goes for anyone else who wants me to translate or write them a hymn : D

I'm going to try writing my song into Standard Hymmnos. I'm having more troubles with the lyrics believe it or not. So far I have Nelia's pretty hymn almost done (I think).
It's pretty repetitive, though, but Sean maybe you can be my Grammar teacher? LOL
And Shurelia, since Sean has offered, well, I can always help too, but he seriously is more versed in Hymmnos than I am. I'm always here to help ya too, though! x3

I'm in a EXEC_Chronicle.Orgel/. # Rhaplanca's extracting kinda mood 4laugh so I shall write my next hymn. This hymn is downloaded only into Reyvateils that are specially conditioned to sing it. Only Rhemi and Rhaplanca are able to sing this hymn that sustains the current Ar_Tonelico. Rhaplanca's extracting has a sad and loving tone.

But it's probably because you relate it to Misha's heart I am having a hard time making a darker hymn for EXEC_DE=FRAGMENT/. than I did for Null.Stream... and Null.Stream wasn't even THAT dark crying If you want I can send you the song by Akiko Shikata I'm using for Rhaplanca's extracting lyrics. Via pm of course lol because it's a spoiler. **EDIT: Yay! Except for some minor edits later on, I actually think I might be finished with this hymn. It features a bit of repetition, but it's partly to deal with the song I was using to inspire it.
Explaining the song, it reflects Hikari's conflict with the Hymn crystal itself. It's supposed to be a very dark song. The feelings from the Hymn are overpowering her own, and so it leaves Hikari feeling that she is forced to sing this Hymn against her will.

It's finished, yeay!! I just finished METHOD_NEGA=TONELICO/. and I worked really hard on it : DD I wasn't too sure if Pastalia Dialect was allowed in Binasphere [since the 'Binasphere' grammar rules are posted under the Standard Dialect section of the Hymmnos Conlang, it leads me to think I can't use Pastalia in it, but since my song is a METHOD_xxxx/., wouldn't that mean I can use Pastalia in it?] But anyways, it's here now, I used a couple Pastalia words in the Binasphere, but it's all nice and complete ^^ Please give me feedback so I can make even better song~!! Infel Pira is compatible with the Standard dialect. A Reyvateil can use Standard if she so chooses to, it's just normally, they choose to use Pastalia Dialect because of the increased speed they can cast with.

**EDIT: METHOD_XXXX. means that your hymn uses song magic from Infel Pira, so yes, it is allowed.
However, if you were using a song being connected to Ar Tonelico, it would be EXEC_XXXX.

Shurelia, if you want, for some of those hymns I can help. I could possibly add in some Hymmnos as well (depending on how it's phrased, of course).
Since I'm better with dark, angst, and angry lyrics and stories (seriously, you should see my fanfiction lol) I can listen to some of the music and make some suggestions. Not saying that they'll be better than yours or anything, just supply some help. Possibly you could help me too? LOLz
