I haven't had much expectations for them for months now, and it's slowly just dwindling away to no interest at all. ._. I mean, the Light Spirit's not so bad and I might get one when I get home this weekend from dogsitting, but I was just, 'Ugh... another sword?' and just...slkdfldkfj...I don't know. The monthly donation items just are starting to...suck...especially with all of the Cash Shop items they keep pushing out. ._.
Opinions on the donation items? Opinions on Cash Shop items period?

I feel like they're trying to sell the old items again but
adding new little things to peak our interest.
But everyone likes something shiny and new.

I'm disappointed with that winged envelope at the top of the screen. I thought it was something like the winged boxes that tend to pop up and hold items, but nope. It's just a link to the monthly collectibles info page.
Also, not impressed with the items this month. They aren't relevant to my interests.

All of the opinions here.. are basically the same opinions I see in another guild I frequent... They get kinda old after a while, you know? No matter what, whenever someone hates an MC, the reason is because "the quality sucks" or "they're unoriginal". That's the /only/ reason I see why people hate the MCs and it's getting really, really old, honestly.
Hardly anyone ever says they don't like them because they don't fit their style. Nope.

I don't own any of this year's items. I've tried- I liked goti and uncanny form together- but in the long run, they didn't work out. I kept them for maybe until the next month, but then they got sold. To be honest, I don't have any MC's in my inventory right now.

I wanted Muramasa to be all epic and it was just. A. Freaking. Sword. D< They could've done so much with it, but no. It's just a sword.

I know there are people that do say it, just I don't see it as often as the other reasons people don't like them. I personally love both MCs, and personally the quality of both is better than previous months this year. It made me actually buy this one I'm wearing with actual GC than with gold. I love the artist who made it, too. Her items are always awesome and cute. <3

I'm honestly not bothered by the items, since they really just don't fit my style. I'm annoyed with that winged envelope at the top of the screen, though. :/ (I keep thinking it's something like one of those "rare event" things, like the boxes and trunks... even though I've clicked on it multiple times.)

I keep seeing complaints about the winged envelope, too. It's just an advertisement. Is Gaia evil for advertising? It's their site, they can advertise any item they want in their header. xP
Plus, the image is easily able to be adblocked, unless you're using IE. I believe every browser except IE has adblock available now. If it bothers them so much, they can just block it and never see it again. -shrugs-
I can see how it can be mistaken for a rare event item, though, so it's understandable about the annoyance on that level.. just tired of people screaming "Gaia is evil!11!" because they're only advertising..

I'm agreeing with you. I'm not going "Grr, Gaia is an evil corporation! ANARCHY ELEVENTY!" and it's not an annoyance enough for me to want to adblock it. My comment was in the vein of, "oh, lol. my brain is farting again. why do i keep thinking that's going to be a cool item? oh well whatevs." (insert joke about my small amount of brain damage here)

I'm not saying you were one of the ones that were yelling out "Gaia is evil!!" just that I'm tired of seeing people say that when they bring up the winged envelope. XD
I've been half asleep all day and am currently suffering insomnia due to medication so my wording is probably off or misworded entirely. xD;
I only clicked on it once to see where it would take me, and I must say it was a nice convenient way to view to poses of the items and order one. Definitely easier than searching around for it. Maybe that was Gaia's intention, to make it more accessible. Who knows. XD
