Let me know if either of you guys need me to act as a witness... Also shouldn't this tread have a more obvious name attached? Or are we trying to keep this whole thing as secret as possible, while making it pubic information at the same time?

I believe that we are attempting to make the situation as fair as possible without sensationalism from either side.

It's not that we're keeping it a secret... I mean, this IS happening in the Departments subforum. Anyone can see it...
It's just that we don't need people screaming, "OMGWTFHAXXORS!!! TYPO IS KARMALOLOLOOLOL!!!!!"
So, anyone curious about the thread will find out what's going on, but it won't be a huge dramatic thing.

It's not like its that surprising. I've known that she's Typo since about June. Mostly because of her rp style. Before you ask, no I never confronted her about nor confirmed it until this case came up. Simply put, just in case it was a mistaken identity I didn't wish to embarrass her. Although it is a moot point now.

The whole trial is absolutely pointless in my opinion. You have to regard this is a similar fashion as Suicide. As long as she's not crew she can't end up doing the same thing over again. Who cares what her intentions were? In fact, when the whole event went down, afterward it was practically established that her intentions were, by general consensus, good, however without the approval of the other Crew, it was inappropriate and wrong to take those actions.
Now let's look at her Karma account and its actions within the League. Anything bad? Not that I can find reference to. Typo will always try to act for the sake of the League when she can, whatever form or username she's in. And frankly, you can't stop her, so what's the point of trying too. For the sake of justice? Common guys, get real. Typo isn't a bad person, she isn't trying to bring us down. She loves this place as much as everyone else here.
She's a part of this family; like everyone else. She's as much part of it as I am, as Wielder is, or Strifer, or my buddy Nero. To not forgive her would be an insult to this family, because I love having her here, she's one of the people that keep me here. If you can forgive me then you can forgive her, and if I can walk these halls then so can she.
If not, then I'll be leaving with her.
That's all I have to say for now.

I dont know who typo is and I know what this typo person did before but you cant just come up with the.."She is typo"...now come on, if you really wanted to know then learn more about her. There are many ways this could have been takin care of but...ohh well..
Karma from my point of view has not done anything wrong. She has been nice. Even if it was an act, questions you might want to ask is.."Why would a person want to mess up a guild 2 times?" Why would a person spend time making friends with everyone to f'd them over again....?"

@Darius, why do you think I'm the Defense? I agree with you completely. As long as she's not given a position of power, IE Crew, there's no reason not to let her stick around. Also, she loves the place more than most...
@Ratchet, not sure what you're saying (Ya gotta work on that, mate.) so I'm gonna kinda guess. It's not that we're accusing her of being Typo. She admitted it herself some time ago, and recently told me of an interest in telling the rest of the guild. She told me, because I knew she was typo, and I was fine with it. I told her, I would tell the crew first, and if anyone started up some offensive speakin', I said I would defend her. BUT, that I would want my crew to do the same.
Well, some talking happened, and eventually we decided on a trial. So, here we are.

But why is there even a trial, Wielder? Who in the Crew asked for it?
And if it can help, I can testify as a witness or something. If anyone knows the finer details to the whole situation the trial is about besides Typo herself it's me.

I'm glad you won't mind being a witness, that'll be very useful... to Typo. By her request, she'll be representing herself, her reason being that she is quite experienced in such manners.
That in mind, the trial was requested by Gear. Or rather, he mentioned it and the candle held the flame. The other crew agreed it would be a good idea, and I consented. My thinking is, I know she doesn't deserve punishment beyond being kept from power, and I can convince others of that too.
Regardless, by her request, it's in her hands now.
