Everyone seems to hate the following veggies:
Brussels Sprouts Asparagus Broccoli Cauliflower Peas
I say if they are prepared differently then maybe people would eat them more often.
Why? Well, how come to potatoes taste way better when deep fried as opposed to boiled or mashed? Its because of how its prepared, and if the potato is smothered in oil it tastes better.
Brussels Sprouts would likely taste way better if its made into a powdery like substance, much like in Ramen soup base size and then added to something as a spice instead of whole. Adding Brussels Sprouts to rice would be excellent in a spice form.
Asparagus is another hated green, but what if you added it to a homemade chicken soup recipe and just simply remove the flowery part of it?
Yeah, yummy and filled with flavor.
As for Broccoli and Cauliflower, take off the flowery heads and prepare it the same way as you would with the asparagus. Those three, Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Asparagus are loaded with flavor, but have them solo, and they are too strong.
Are there any veggies that you hate? (DBZ character does not count here, meanies)

Broccoli tastes good with mixed vegetables. And yes and no. I'm old enough to know that veggies are good, but there are some that taste bad like Boc-choy.

Well, believe it or not, Bok-Choy is used in many Asian dishes such as Egg drop soup, Wonton Soup, chicken stir fry, pork stir fry, beef and greens, Sukiyaki beef, and many more.
Bok choy solo wouldn't be that great, since it has a cabbage like flavor, but another great way to cook it, if you cannot get cabbage, is to make Cabbage rolls using bok Choy.
Boil some rice, add some fried bacon and onions, then wrap it with the bok choy. Cook in the oven for about 2 hours or more, and voila, Spring rolls!

A lot of people blend veggies into smoothies these days.

Vegetables are good in a stirfry, they aren't as bitter when sauteed. Asparagus is also delicious simmered with butter with lemon pepper seasoning or garlic. Brussel sprouts are much better when cooked with bacon, it absorbs the flavor.
