I found out about Amy's Kitchen by chance. I was looking for some kind of Vegan Burrito in the Burrito section. And I found their's. And well that is where my love story with their food started.

They have many Vegan frozen meals and even Vegan cake. It's just delicious!
I can find her food at Whole Foods, HEB, Walmart, Sunharvest and Target.
But only certain things at each store. Whole Foods seems to have it all.

Do you eat her food?
Do you like her food?
Have you ever heard of her food?
If you eat her food what if your favorite food/dish?

I will start us off my Favorite dish by her is Gluten Free, Non-Dairy Mac & Cheeze. Vegan!

That is all. ^^

My favorites are the pesto bowl and the burrito with rice and beans meal. Very tasty.

But I try not to get them too often because of all the waste. The meals I like are in a bowl or tray (often a cardboard bowl or tray, so you can't even really resuse them) within plastic warp within a cardboard box. And I'm really trying to cut down on my waste. So I try to limit or avoid things that aren't reusable or that have a lot of packaging.

But I do usually grab one or two every couple of months for a treat or for something quick when I am in a hurry or not feeling all that great.

Awesome awesome.
And I see, I usually just recycle them. Cause their all recycable.

But I must agree with you on the Burrito with rice and beans.

Never tried the Pesto Bowl before.

I recycle the cardboard boxes too. And I think they're actually made from recycled paper rather than virgin paper. So that's good.

But I'm not sure if the plastic wrap is recyclable.

And since the recycling process takes energy and resources (we send stinky trucks out to pick up the recyclables and take them to a recycling facility to be melted down and shipped somewhere else), reducing what we buy and put out to the curb is even better than recycling it.

So I'm trying to buy more things with little to no packaging. But maybe they'll tweak their packaging soon to cut down! Or maybe they could make the plastic wraps compostable like the new Sun Chips bags!

i was so excited when i was in ann arbor, went to a grocery store, and found TONS of different amy's meal options. i especially liked the one mixed-grain hot breakfast cereal. i ate it when i was sick, and it made me feel so much better. plus, it was delicious.
the amy's bean & veg burritos have saved me a couple times when i was in a mad mad rush for dinner, and the veggie loaf was a favourite right after i had jaw surgery, because it was soft but it tasted like real food. c: and the little sides it comes with are great too.

@Painful Passion: I don't think it was that. It was covered in some type of red sauce and it had black beans and corn.

There's a new whole foods market being built where I live so I'm eager to check it out. I always see Amy's cooking brand at Vons but never tried it. I don't really like buying tv dinners and prepackaged meals because it just never tastes as good as if I were to cook it myself. I'll try it some time though.

I don't see many vegan frozen meals in my stores. In Kroger or Walmart. (And it's usually too expensive to get the frozen meals in Kroger, so I skip that all together.)
But I love the vegan enchilada meal with rice and beans that I can find. I just had one tonight for dinner. 3nodding
Oh, and the soups too. My favorite would have to be split pea, with some EB buttered bread on the side.

I had some type of bean soup; it was fantastic.
I don't normally buy soup b/c I'm lazy and prefer to use the microwave, but I decided to give it a shot.
