"A trickster's smile" "Oh really~?" he teased, a little amused and a little annoyed, "I guess I'll oblige." And with that, Shin carefully got into the black car with the three men. It took a little effort and he ended up wincing, but the men didn't make any motions or expressions of impatience or taking notice that the Haunter was injured. Shin was seated in the middle of the back seat between two of the men, the third driving the car. It left the front of the shop and started heading through the city, turning corners and going around buildings, getting lost in the sea of what was now evening traffic. The sun was starting to set, he could see it between his occasional glancing. It wasn't so much that he was paranoid, but he was observing things, being a little cautious.
After a few minutes, he relaxed, a hand still on his wound and the other resting on his lap. He still had some 'preparations' to finish up but he wouldn't do it in the car, it was too risky. These men worked for, what Shin called, the 'boring man', and if they picked up on any suspicious behavior from the informant they were sure to report it to the company leader as soon as they could. If anything, the men were highly capable of a variety of things, they were trained to be efficient. So, he decided to just..be calm, wait and see what happened, but he'd be sure to finish his 'preparations' sometime soon. He didn't like it when that 'boring man' had the upper hand over him. Ever.

《♠Taroro ℕezumi♠》 ___________________________________________________________________ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ It's been so long since the boy had set foot in his father's sleek black car. In fact, this was one of those rare times he actually did. His father, had never once allowed the boy into the car unless given a special occasion, which hardly ever came. Today must have been one of them though. Wiping the dried blood from his lips, he dared not look at his old man, fearing for the worst response. Right now he could only think of what he was going to say, how he was going to explain the situation. The tense atmosphere made it harder to think. It was pressurizing the poor Rattata. The car headed up the drive way and came to a stop, right outside the mansion the boy was familiar with. His home. He was glad to be home, of course, but not in the situation he was in right now. He didn't expect his secret to be so quickly revealed. It took no more than a month for his father to find out and the boy wasn't very please with himself about it.
Taroro was brought into his room by two big sized bodyguards, both dressed in sleek black tuxedos, with earpieces set in their ears, like those dark shady looking men you would normally see in the movies. Before his father left his side to return to his own quarters, he made sure he told the boy exactly what they were planning for him. "When the Haunter arrives, I want to know everything." That was all he said and he waved his hands for the bodyguards to shut the boy's door, keeping him in until the Haunter had arrived. The boy was relieved to hear that the purple haired man was coming yet at the same time, he felt a little depressed at the thought. What were they going to tell his father? The truth? Everything from the contract, to the bullet shot? Everything was just moving too fast for the boy to absorb in quick enough. He didn't even know why he was so worried about the Haunter. They weren't very close to begin with but at the same time, he could tell that his feelings towards he man had somehow changed. The Rattata didn't know if he liked it, hated it or had a mixture of both all together. All he knew was that, things weren't the same between them and they were never going to change back.
Right now, he was helpless. There wasn't a single thing he could do to help himself. If only he hadn't met that Haunter, he wouldn't be in this situation and he wouldn't be so fearful of his father. Gritting his teeth, he glared at the door that he had been locked behind. Feeling the sinking feeling of his heart. He decided, if his father was going to ask him to let Shin go, he would have to oblige.____________________________________________________________________________ __ _ _ _ _ _

"A trickster's smile" The rest of the car ride was quiet, a little tense, but not nerve racking. Shin was surprisingly calm and back to his usual self, though somewhere inside he was still oddly concerned about the boy. It was almost like this tug in his chest, a never ending tug. He kept it from his face, and for the most part tried to push it from his thoughts, but he was still aware of it. The Haunter kept his 'pokerface' in place, waiting for the uneventful car ride to come to an end. The sun was continuing to sink as they finally made their way up the driveway to a rather large mansion, and Shin was vaguely pleased that it would soon be dark and he could soon get this situation sorted out. The night time was comforting to him, and this whole situation was taking up 'precious time' from him. Just because he often took it easy didn't mean he wasn't working often throughout the day, he just usually did so through his phone when he was with his 'boss'.
The car finally came to a stop and the driver killed the engine. The three men got out, waiting for Shin to maneuver his way out of the back seat, gritting his teeth here and there until he finally managed to get into a standing position. His hand went back to his bandaged wound, the pressure helped a little to ease his pain, and he felt like he couldn't just leave it on its own. The men in suits 'escorted' the Haunter up the steps, one opening the door for him after he finally made it that far. He wasn't walking severely slow, but it was a little slower than a normal walk. Shin stepped inside, past the door frame, and into the large, wide and open space that was beyond the entrance of the first floor. He continued to walk until he'd reached the point between the beginning of the stairs and the middle of the open room, waiting for his 'host' to make his appearance.
He slid his free hand back into his coat pocket, working on completing his 'preparations' as he waited. His eyes gradually closed, letting himself rest a bit in the silent room. His energy wasn't as high as usual, mainly because of the wound in his side. It took a bit out of him just moving around so much since he should've been resting in bed.

《♠Taroro ℕezumi♠》 ___________________________________________________________________ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ Taroro was almost half asleep when he heard the sound of the door handle click. Frantically, he sat up from his tired position, staring back at where the noise had come from. A single bodyguard was sent in, but he didn't turn his attention to the boy until he nodded to someone that was hidden behind the wooden door. The boy tried to look over the man to see who it was, but he was.. just too short. "Follow me, young master." At first the boy wanted to refuse, being as tense as he was. He didn't feel like taking orders from anyone besides his father but he had to, it was an indirect order but still from the same source. Reluctantly, he followed the man, leaving his room.
Every step he took, his chest felt heavier. What was his father going to do? He couldn't possibly harm the Haunter, he knew that. He knew that the Haunter would be able to cause the downfall of his company with a push of a button and he knew that the boy was his only heir to the company. But doing something behind his father's back, he had to admit, was pretty defiant of him and he deserved it. After all in this game of business, you couldn't trust anyone. He was already prepared to face any consequences that would come his way when he had signed the contract with the Haunter. Proving their bond. And even though he had expected the punishment to come sooner or later, he hadn't expected himself to feel this way when it did. It was beyond his understanding.
He was quickly taken to a room where he saw a familiar purple figure across the place. Somehow, he felt a feeling of content as his eyes examined the man. He wasn't hurt, aside from being exhausted, nothing else was different from before he had left the Haunter alone. His father came right after that, along with his usual stern face but he didn't once look at the boy. Taroro found it disturbing, the silent atmosphere. "Father, I-" The boy's speech was cut off by his father's hand that gestured him to stop. He didn't want to hear it from the boy but instead, he wanted to hear it personally from the best informant in the business. Shin. The old man had a weird way of dealing with things but they were nonetheless, effective. "Shin." The man spoke, remembering the informant's name very clearly. He was obviously aware of who the man was. "Tell me..." He added, staring sharply at the Haunter. "Why were you together with this boy...?" The Rattata restraint himself from making a single sign of objection to his father. He was at no position to speak right now. His father's serious expression assured him that. He bit his lip again, winching at the pain from before, though he tried hard not to show it.

"A trickster's smile" He could hear footsteps, it wasn't hard to in such an acoustically built room. And, just as he heard his name, his 'preparations' were completed, a small smirk on his face for a moment. Shin opened his eyes shortly after the older man spoke his name, glancing to the Rattata positioned near him as he was temporarily added into the man's question. For some reason, the Haunter relaxed a bit more at the sight of the boy, somehow pleased that he seemed to be fine, aside from being obviously agitated like he was earlier in the hotel room before taking off. He returned his attention to the man, a friendly smile spreading across his lips as he spoke,"Hello Mr. Nezumi~ It certainly has been a while." His voice was cheerful, friendly, but as usual the man was less than amused."You seem to be as stern as always," he added in, the smile still on his face.
The man's facial expression didn't change, if anything it became even more stern since the Haunter hadn't answered his question just yet. Shin's smile remained the same, but internally he was recoiling a bit. The man was just...so..'uptight and boring,' he thought to himself, one of his eyes twitching just slightly, almost like in an anime. There was a short pause before Shin continued, sighing a little dramatically,"Alright alright, we'll get down to business, as usual," he finally caved, putting on a feigned pout at the man's lack of humor or willing to participate in the Haunter's 'fun'. He never spoke to the man with fear in his voice, or even any hint of being intimidated. The company leader was just another man to him, only with a decent amount of influence and power, which Shin also had. He'd worked with him before, quite a few times in fact, and he always treated him like he treated everyone else. Not that the man could really protest to Shin's whims, the informant did have a vast network, and even funds, at his disposal. The man was well aware of what the Haunter was capable of.
"That boy is my current employer," he started, his face suddenly serious, "I've already had a contract signed with him for a little over a month now. You should be quite proud of him, the fact that he's managed to seal a deal with the city's best informant under your nose, and for a month at that, proves that you've been training him rather well." Shin went with the truth, smirking a bit. There wasn't much of any point in lying to the man, he'd find out sooner or later. "Your heir is coming along quite well in his progress. I expect he'll be ready to succeed you right on schedule, if not sooner than your expectations," he finished, grinning a little.
"Sure you wanna trust it?"

《♠Taroro ℕezumi♠》 ___________________________________________________________________ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ Taroro was glad that Shin kept to his usual spirited self in front of his father. Normally people would be pretty intimidated by him but the Haunter didn't seem like he was. In fact, he looked pretty calm. It wasn't surprising to the boy though. With the amount of experiences the Haunter had gone through, he was probably used to these kind of situations by now. To him, it was probably 'just another situation' but to the boy, it wasn't. It meant punishment, in the worse way he could possibly imagine. Either mentally or physically. This wasn't the first time the Rattata had disobeyed his father and he was very familiar with the consequences. However, this time, it was something on a large scale, something involving the business and the old man wasn't going to take it lightly. The boy narrowed his eyes to the ground, carefully listening to their conversation. His father kept a straight face as Shin explained their situation. Not showing a single sign of emotion on his face. The atmosphere was tense, cold. The boy felt weak. He couldn't do anything and he was allowing Shin to do the explaining for him. He disliked it. Taroro wanted to take care of his own problems, solve them alone. If he were to let others deal with problems for him, then what kind of boss would he grow up to be? A weak, pitiful one. The Rattata gritted his teeth at the emotional pressure he was feeling inside his chest. This wasn't something he had hoped for. To be seen as weak by his father, not being suitable to take over the company, for the role of 'boss'.
The old man glared at Shin before turning his attention to the lavender haired boy. "Is this true?" He questioned, his tone still as serious as ever. Taroro hesitated before replying, not knowing if Shin being under him was a good thing or a bad thing. "Yes", he replied, looking up at the man. It was a gamble to what his father might do, depending on the boy's reply, the old man would do as he saw fit. His father said nothing more to the boy, but only turned to look at Shin again. He made his decisions quick and that was only one of the reasons why his company is currently at the top. "What ever this boy is giving you, I'll make sure you get more of it. If you move under me, that is." He announced. The man was ready to strike a deal with the Haunter. It was a test of loyalty and temptation. The Rattata knew his father well and his heart dropped at the statement he had made but could not raise an objection to it. Yet at the same time, he was curious about the Haunter's reaction to it. He thought that he only felt that way because he would be losing to his own father if the Haunter went over to his side. However, there was something else inside of him that didn't want the man to leave his side but he didn't know what it was.
The boy's eyes glanced over the the Haunter, nervous about his reply to the question. It only made him feel more pressured than what he was before. This was the first time he had experienced this kind of situation but he convinced himself that this was all part of the business.

"A trickster's smile" Shin didn't think too heavily of the situation now that he was seeing how it was. To him it was just a power struggle between father and son, and like he wanted, he was thrown into the middle of it. His eyes looked back to the boy as he replied, the Haunter could tell he really wasn't comfortable with this whole thing. Shin had never had parents, so he didn't know how the boy felt about this 'issue' with his father, but he imagined it felt something like when he was working on a job and his 'deadline' of sorts was getting down to the seconds margin. The Rattata was probably feeling quite a bit of pressure right now, if not more than what he was thinking.
His eyes returned to the 'boring man' as he was spoken to again, and had to restrain both the laugh and horror'd expression that wanted to surface at the same time. He honestly couldn't imagine working that close to the man for an indefinite, but probably long amount of time. So, his reply to the offer didn't take long to come out. "Sorry Mr. Nezumi," he began, still smiling his friendly smile, "but aside from our contract, I rather enjoy working with Taroro." Shin's face turned serious again after a moment as he added in, "It's pointless to try and persuade me any further. There isn't anything you could offer me that would be enough to change my mind." The Haunter felt a little strange again, that tug in his chest a little more defined than it had been earlier, and more prominent. What was that feeling? It wasn't worry or anxiety, that much he knew for sure. He still couldn't give it a name or definition, but it was persistent, even more so now.
Oddly enough, the truth he just spoke sounded strange to him. The words weren't a lie, but the fact that he even went through with sealing the deal a little over a month ago was a great change for him in and of itself. Shin never expected, or even thought that he would have a 'boss' or 'employer'. He'd always done things on his own, living freely and untied to anyone or anything but his work. And even stranger, he had this odd urge to march right up the stairs in front of him and drag the boy out of the wide room. Some foreign part of him didn't like seeing the boy so stressed and under such pressure. He wanted to..help him? Reliever him of those burdens he was currently in? Whatever it was, it was hard to push aside, though he managed to keep it from his face. Shin wanted to settle this matter quickly and just go back to how things were. Dropping in randomly and trying to surprise the Rattata, even getting punched and kicked was starting to become something he almost enjoyed as a daily part of his life. Not that he liked being hit like that as often as he was, but it was starting to just seem..normal? 'There must be something wrong with me,' he thought to himself, his eyes glancing back over to the boy.

《♠Taroro ℕezumi♠》 ___________________________________________________________________ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ The lavender haired boy jerked his head upwards as he heard the Haunter's reply. He felt his heart jump and it continued beating faster, chocking all words from his throat. The boy was surprised, yet he thought about the day they first met, how the man had promised to stay loyal but he couldn't help feeling as though he was dragging the Haunter down. The contract, the gun shot. Everything the Haunter did, was it really necessary? The boy didn't have power like his father and he didn't have anything that the Haunter was afraid of losing. So why didn't he accept his father's offer but made a contract with the boy instead? Even if the man had said he enjoyed working with the boy, did he really? He couldn't understand it. More questions came, one by one, like the first day they met and soon his mind was cluttered with them. The Rattata clenched his teeth.
It must have been a blue moon, because the Rattata's father had a smirk on his face. He was actually, happy about something. This was something the boy had never seen before, in his whole life. It was unexpected from the old man and a few bodyguards definitely had their own reasons for being in shock as well. The old man let out a soft chuckle, looking contently at the Haunter, then his smirk faded off. "Then how about this." He added, turning everybody's attention back to the old boss. They were interested in what the man had to say now. After he was amused, who knows what the man would do. Even the Rattata himself, waited patiently for the man's next sentence. "You move over to my side... and I'll let you do anything you want to the boy." The old man finished, letting out another soft chuckle.
At this point, Taroro had snapped. He wasn't going to allow his father to treat him like a 'thing'. He was the heir to the company for goodness sake! Didn't his father care at least that much? Even though his mind told him not to, he wanted to do it anyway. From where he was standing, he took a step forward, clenching his hands tightly and shouted, "Leave Shin alone!" he snapped, somehow finding the courage to disobey his father. He was just too persistent, the old man that is. But somehow, it was just what his father had hoped for. Something the boy would stand up to. Something to finally make him break out of his shell and the boy had only realized it right at that moment when he objected to his father's offer to the Haunter. However, the man simply ignored it, not bother turning back to the boy. Taroro didn't like it one bit.
He glanced at his father, calming down a little more from before. The boy had to talk this out, as if it was a business. "Father, I need him... more than you do." He paused, taking in a deep breath. That was all he was going to say and nothing more. Keeping is mouth shut, he stared back at the Haunter. He was indeed a informant wanted by many, even his father. To secure him as an 'assistant', was probably one of his best accomplishments and he had to keep it that way.

"A trickster's smile" Shin's eyes, once again, found their way back to the older man as he made an unusual sound. He just about stepped back from where he was standing from the shock he just slipped into, but managed to stay still. In all his time knowing the man he'd never once heard him laugh, or even chuckle. He soon came out of his brief shock though as the man spoke again, but his condition didn't change much, now becoming surprised instead. He offered up his own son? Shin's eyes had gone slightly wide, briefly, until he mentally told himself to calm down and reanalyze the situation. 'The old man would never give up his heir...' he thought to himself, studying the company leaders' face, '...A test then?' The Haunter didn't get very far past that thought when the subject of their suddenly turned discussion spoke up, to both their surprise.
The older man didn't show it, not like Shin did. But, he could tell even the boy's father was a bit surprised, though it seemed like it was along the lines of a pleasant one. The Haunter, on the other hand, took a moment to blink a few times, smiling a little to himself soon after. And, briefly, vaguely, a part of him liked hearing his name said by his 'boss'. "He has a point," he chimed in, chuckling a little to himself, "besides, it'd be more beneficial for all of us if it stayed that way. I'm going to have to decline your offer again, Mr. Nezumi." Part of him was tempted, some strange part of him that went with the unexplainable feelings and sensations he had felt earlier in the hotel room, but even so, he could never stand working more than he had to with that man.
There was a pause, until Shin heard that same unusual chuckle again. The man was...pleased? Honestly, the Haunter hadn't expected it. He expected the man to use force, at least, as a last resort to get him to cave, which was why he had been making certain 'preparations' on his way to the mansion. But, the man's unusual smirk seemed to show that maybe those 'preparations' weren't necessary? Shin wasn't quite sure what to make of that smirk, he didn't exactly trust the man, or any of his clients, really. "You've done well, Taroro," the man finally said, using the Rattata's actual name for once. It was a little hard to see, but the company leader seemed to actually be a bit proud of his son for a change. Then again, becoming the 'employer' of the city's best yet un-employable informant was no easy task. Even the boy's father had been unsuccessful in doing so, as well as countless others. And, not only did the boy manage to become the Haunter's 'boss', but the man was loyal to him, as well. How could the man not be at least a little proud of his son? Even if it was hard to see even now.

《♠Taroro ℕezumi♠》 ___________________________________________________________________ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ His father's sudden change in heart shocked him. Not only was it because the current situation turned out to be a test but also because he was finally recognized by his father. What else was there to say? As dramatic as the moment was, the boy's feelings were in a mush and he couldn't react to them all at once. He wanted to cry, yet shout at the same time. Everything was definitely moving too fast for him. Within a single month, he had accomplish almost everything he spent years trying to do. However, the boy was grateful for it. His body relaxed from the tension and he sighed in relief. If it was really a test, then the boy had probably passed it, considering what the old man had said. Turning his attention to the Haunter, he couldn't help but let a soft smile greet his lips. It felt like it was something he had to do and he did, not knowing the reason himself.
Without another word, the old man smiled again at the Haunter, then motioning his men to move out, leaving the two by themselves. But before he stepped out of the door, without turning back he spoke, "Take good care of him." His words were not clearly directed to either one of the males and as he said that, he left the room without another sound.
Now, the boy had to admit, he was still a little confused with the situation. He couldn't find the right words to explain it and he didn't know what else to say. If anything, today would be... pretty extreme for him. Since the boy had been living under such a repetitive schedule for so long, a turn of events was something new to him and it was exhausting. Business was probably going to be the same way once he took over, so this experience was probably good for him too. Turning his attention back to the purple haired man, he brought back his serious expression, not wanting to show any other kind of emotion to the man right now. "Your wound... How is it?" What a stupid thing to ask. After all the action and tension, all he could ask was how his wound was? The boy turned away, his expression seemed a little ticked off at himself for asking that. Also because he didn't want to look at the Haunter. Guilty for getting him into this kind of situation when he wanted to deal with it by himself.

"A trickster's smile" Shin was a little surprised, he'd never expected to see a smile like that on the Rattata's face. He couldn't keep a similar one from creeping on his lips, either. There it was again, another strange feeling, though it felt more gentle than the others he had been experiencing. He didn't question it, or deny it, he just simply...accepted it. What else could he do, really? Especially when he couldn't even describe it or know what to call it. And, he couldn't help being taken by surprise again at the older man's words upon leaving the two, raising an eyebrow a little as he did so. It didn't sound directed at either of them in particular, but it still left him a little confused. '"Take good care of him"?' he thought to himself, 'What is that supposed to mean?' He didn't have much time to think on it though, because soon the man and his guards were gone, and the 'boss' and 'informant' were left alone.
His attention returned to the boy, blinking for a moment before laughing suddenly, the sound echoing in the large, acoustic room. "Did you have to ask me from all the way over there?" he asked, wincing a bit but chuckling once more. "If you're really curious you could come see for yourself," he teased, a hand still on his bandaged wound. After a moment, the Haunter started walking forward, crossing the distance between where he was standing and the stairs that the boy was at the top of, stopping at the bottom of them. "You're going to have to take a little pity on me 'boss', I'm exhausted," he said lightly, smiling a little with an eyebrow raised up at the boy. He really shouldn't have been moving around like he was, his walk to the shop, the drive to the mansion, standing during their whole discussion. It'd only been about a day since he got shot trying to protect the boy, the reason still unknown to him, and he needed to rest, or at least lay down.
The question briefly arose to him then. Where exactly should he go next? The two most likely wouldn't return to the hotel room, which he was alright with. Should he go to his large apartment? The only real problem was that he didn't quite know how to bandage himself up, nor did he have the energy to walk all the way there, and Taroro had done the bandaging for him this whole time. He couldn't just tell the boy to stay at his place, and he couldn't really stay at the mansion, at least he didn't think he could, or should. Out of all the options, though, the mansion did seem like the best place to stay, not that he liked staying at his client's homes. Realistically, he didn't have much choice did he? "Taro, along with your pity, I must ask a favor," he started, his exhaustion finally taking over, "I don't have the energy to go back to my apartment, and..I don't know how to re-bandage my wound." He finished his sentence a little sheepishly, grinning a little apologetically.

《♠Taroro ℕezumi♠》 ___________________________________________________________________ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ He was a little taken aback by the man's reply. Actually, with all the commotion, he had forgotten that he was standing pretty far away from the man. He blushed, a little embarrassed about it and at the same time feeling that same annoyance he felt when the Haunter teased him. Everything seemed to be returning to normal. That was a good sign, right? He made his way closer to where the Haunter was as he complained about his exhaustion. The Rattata was exhausted too but probably not as much as the man who still had the bullet wound to deal with. He was curious and he did went to see for himself. As soon as he reached a fair distance from the Haunter, he tilted his head enough to check the man's wound. His blood was starting to soak into the bandage and it might get a little risky if he didn't do anything about it soon.
Upon hearing the man's request, the boy couldn't have agreed more. It wasn't safe for the man to go anywhere and this would probably be the only choice he had. Fearing for the man's safety, the boy couldn't decline the Haunter's request. "Of course, anything for my best informant." He teased, letting out a soft laughter. The boy was starting to learn from the man, teasing that is. It wasn't a very good habit though. He would have to prevent himself from doing it very often. His serious behavior around the man was fading away and that wasn't a very good thing either. The Rattata would eventually have them return to the way they were before. Right now, they were just getting too close. Grabbing hold of the man's hand, he led him into the direction of his room. At the same time flipping out his cell phone to contact a few servants for medical supplies. They were to be brought to his room immediately, that was his request. Fortunately, his room wasn't very far from where the room they were in. Pointing to his bed, he sort of ordered his 'assistant' to sit down while they waited for the medical supplies to be delivered. It didn't take very long either, as expected from the servants. They were quick at finishing their appointed tasks, which was important to the boy's father that they did. Taking out a roll of bandages from the medical box he was given, he unrolled it and turned to face the Haunter. "I'm not going to make this any easier for you." The Rattata let a smirk creep up his lips.____________________________________________________________________________ __ _ _ _ _ _

"A trickster's smile" He had been keeping the pressure on his wound over his coat, so he hadn't realized that he was bleeding again. His eyes followed the Rattata's, sighing a little at the sight out of annoyance. Really, did it have to keep bleeding? Even if it was his own body, he still felt like giving it grief for not cooperating with him. When he thought about it a little more, he was bleeding for the boy, something he never did for anyone. Not only did that contract of his turn out to be a little more than he asked for, it was starting to come with unusual consequences of all kinds. He'd bled for another, just helped solve a situation for another, worked for another, and he was developing strange emotions, sensations, and urges. It all seemed to be happening rather quickly, and if he wasn't used to living fast than he surely would've been a bit overwhelmed by all the new developments.
Shin blinked again, surprised, but chuckled at the boy's tease. It seems he wasn't the only one starting to change or do things out of the ordinary, and wasn't sure if he should consider that as a good thing or a bad thing. In any case, he didn't really mind the changes in either of them. It was something new, and 'new things' had the tendency to be interesting, which he enjoyed. With all these new developments, he definitely wasn't bored, that was for sure. Even if that was the only reason to keep him at the boy's side, though somewhere inside him it felt like it wasn't, it would've been enough.
The Haunter let his 'boss' lead him by the hand to his room, though still walking a little slower than he usually did. He kept his other hand on his wound, hoping to at least slow the bleeding somewhat. Shin did as he was told, taking a seat on the boy's bed after reaching his room, glancing around while waiting for the medical supplies. He chuckled a little at the boy's words, sliding off his coat before reaching down to pull his shirt up and off, setting it to the side. "Neither will I," he replied, smirking back at the Rattata. That strange atmosphere was there again, though it wasn't nearly as intense as the previous two, nor quite as noticeable. But, he could still feel it. Normally it wouldn't bother him, being in such close quarters with another male, or even being almost completely naked in the same room with another male. Guys were like that sometimes, right? Swim teams, gym showers, that sort of thing. It was normal enough, so why did Shin feel so..he didn't know what it was, but it seemed to only happen around the boy. It was honestly starting to bug him a little, not knowing something, especially when it concerned himself.
"Sure you wanna trust it?"

《♠Taroro ℕezumi♠》 ___________________________________________________________________ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ Kneeling down to meet at eye level with the Haunter's wound, he started to wrap the bandage the same way as he did the the hotel. Putting pressure on the wound and wrapping it tightly as he did. As his fingers slid over the bandages, his movements somehow got stiffer and his hands were a little shaky. The boy didn't know why but he was nervous about something, he pursed his lips, not wanting his breath to get deeper again like how it was when they were together before. Somehow, being so close to the man again reminded him of the situation back at the hotel, when they were close together. He couldn't help his face from going red, lowering his head to hide it. There was that strange feeling again but why? the Rattata looked up at the man, his golden eyes yet again meeting with those bright red ones, glaring at him. He didn't know why he did it, it probably just made him feel better. Because he knew that what ever he was feeling, it was definitely the Haunter's fault. The boy couldn't think of anything to say, he wanted to scold the man, tell him off as usual or even whack him but then again, he couldn't find the words to do it or the strength. He simply returned to his wrapping, without another word said or action done.
Finishing off the wrapping, he stood back up, stretching himself. He was exhausted, stressed from today's events. He wasn't very used to it and he needed a little something to calm his nerves and the Haunter probably felt the same way as he did. Since there was only one bed in his room, he would have to share it with the Haunter again. Of course, there were guest rooms in that huge mansion of his, but the boy thought it would be safer if he monitored the Haunter himself. Not him exactly... but his bullet wound. Just in case it bled in the middle of the night or something. Moving to the other side of his bed, he throw himself onto it, his front facing the ceiling. Taroro looked up at the lights that was hanging from it, staring at it blankly. What now? Where they going to be able to return to normal after all this commotion? He forgot to mention to the man that he had decided on him staying here for tonight. In fact, he insisted. "You'll be staying here tonight." His usual strict tone came up, sort of like ordering the man to. It wasn't a question nor was it a request, it was an order from the 'boss'. "No objections. I can't have you bleeding in the middle of the night again." He finished, closing his eyes. It didn't matter if the Haunter wanted to or not. It was for his own good. But honestly, part of boy didn't want the man to leave either. He just couldn't figure out why.____________________________________________________________________________ __ _ _ _ _ _
