Magical form
Attacks:
Chompas: Sheer Cold has small, snowball-like chompas. She keeps one like a pet and sends the other 2 dozen or so to do her bidding. They're small, and have a frosty bite.
Ice field: The floor turns into a mass of slippery ice. It will start melting if it's above freezing.
Barrage: It's like being the target of a one sided snowball fight. Balls of snow and ice pelt the target from wherever Sheer Cold wishes.
Spire: Sheer Cold can create long spires of ice, like icicles, though they can form from the ground, from above, or from her hand. They can be wielded like a sword, lance, spear, or other weapon of similar nature, or simply be a looming obstacle and danger as she can summon a field of jagged, icy spikes.
White out: A defensive and diversionary attack that calls up a blizzard to blind friend and foe alike, giving Sheer Cold a chance to escape, or set up an ambush.
