But sadly, a lot of people have used this great man to manipulate people to do inhumane things.

It's not Christ but rather his blind and stupid follows that have manipulated people through him.
Would of been the same outcome if they used Buddhi or Zeus instead.

Jesus Christ was a damn good man (albeit, i'll even say he was the ideal Jedi, and also a damn good Buddhist) I'de have gladly shared a drink with him. He deffinitely knew how to have a damn good time (wedding @ Cana), plus the fact he hung out with Prostitutes (Mary of Magdalena) seriously.if you actually read what christ taught and look at what the church has done in that name, it's pretty sickening.
Jesus was a great person. I cant say the same for the people that followed 274 years later and so on.
Honestly, many of Christ's disciples were of the lower class and fishermen...at that time in history, None of them would have known how to write. (dispite the fact many people then could speak the regional hebrew/samaritan, greek, and latin[as they had to, for architectural work and such]...people were NOT stupid..but speaking and writing it down are absolutely not the same thing...any archaeology minor could tell you this) a good 98% of Christ's teachings were never recorded until the council of Nicaea. over 200 years from original teachings and when they were written down. Do the math. It's the same as Oral Tradition. Things change with each telling.
