The following contest is an Empty Arena Match scheduled for one fall, and it is for the FFA United States Championship! Introducing first... the self proclaimed and arguably longest reigning FFA United States Champion in history, and one half of the FFA Tag Team Champions... Matt SHANAHAN!

'Almost Easy' by Avenged Sevenfold played at as solemn Matt Shanahan walked out from the back, his FFA United States Championship on his left shoulder, his FFA Tag Team Championship on his right. The arena would be empty tonight, just him, his opponent, and a referee. He gripped his baseball bat in his right hand and looked around the arena, thinking about how he could very well lose his precious US Title tonight. He slowly walked down the ramp, the only sounds were his music and his breath. He toss his baseball bat to the side and slid into the ring. He then stood up and walked to his corner, placing his Tag Team title down in the corner and grabbing a mic, not really knowing who he was addressing. Shanahan walked to the middle of the ring and looked around the empty arena, before speaking into the mic.
"I dunno why I'm speaking, no one is here, and for all I know this isn't going to be seen by anyone else... But I just wanna say that, this title... This business... Means more to me than any world title... ********, anything in my entire life, has ever meant. While FFA went defunct on us all, I kept this title because I felt that I was the only one fit to carry this for as long as I have. No one has been able to take it from me, since the beginning of FFA to the end of it. For over a ******** year now, I've had this title with me! Not only this one, but half of the Tag Team Championship! No one else in their ******** FFA career can say they've held both titles at the same time, or even for as long as I!... I am only here tonight to prove that once again, this title cannot be taken from me... No one has been able to... No one ever will be able to..."
Matt tossed the mic to the outside and gave the title to the referee. He then ripped his shirt off and toss the tattered clothing out to the empty seats. Afterwards, he looked up the ramp and waited for his first challenger in over a year.

Complete silence in the arena… And then… I know that we are young.

AlejandroAfter such a tender moment from Matt Shanahan, Joshua Danielson slipped through the curtain and onto the ramp with a huge grin on his face. Tonight, it’d be his first match against Shanahan, and he refused to let it be such a serious affair before the match started. He walked down to the ring to ‘Alejandro’ by Lady Gaga, the randomness of the music selection hopefully sinking in. As he got to the ring, he grabbed a microphone and slid under the bottom rope before getting to his feet. He also didn’t know why he needed the mic, since him, Shanahan, and the referee were the only ones there, but he spoke into it anyway. “Matt, tonight may be our first match against each other ever. I understand how much this title means to you, and I understand how much this business means to you. But after all this is said and done, I can promise you… I will treat your baby well.”Joshua grinned and dropped the microphone on the outside of the ring, and slipped off his T-Shirt and tossed it out into the empty crowd, before turning back towards Shanahan and getting ready for the war he’s going to have to go through to get the FFA United States Championship.

"I will treat your baby well." Those were the only words Shanahan heard. They were the only ones that made any form of impact. They were the only ones that got to him. His rage sky-rocketed, the thought of losing his title pushing him. As Joshua turned around, Matt yelled and went for a flurry of shots to Joshua's head, hoping to either pummel him into the ground or push him into the turnbuckles!

Joshua's little speech seemed to make an impact, as within a second, he was knocked to the ground by Shanahan's shots, and was sent sliding to the outside to get away from them! He really should have knew what he was doing when he said that to The God of Punks.

Matt stood in the middle of the ring, letting out harsh breaths as he stared at Joshua.
"Get the ******** back into this ring, Danielson! Lemme show you how a real ******** champ defends his title!"

Joshua looked at Matt with one hand on the side of his head before stepping up onto the apron of the ring. He then stepped between the ropes cautiously before getting into his stance again, waiting for Shanahan to come at him.

Shanahan took a step foward, before charging at Joshua and throwing his full weight into the air, attempting to knock Danielson back to the outside, and take himself with him!

The difference between this time and last time, was Joshua was ready. When Shanahan charged, Joshua low bridged and pulled down the top rope, hopefully sending Shanahan crashing to the floor outside of the ring!

Shanahan flew over the top rope, landing hard on the outside! Normally, Matt would've been smarter than to try to charge his opponent, but his rage had gotten the best of him. He groaned and began to push himself up to his feet, not wanting to be down for too long.

And when Matt was down on the outside, Joshua aimed to make sure his position was perfect, and when Matt began to push up, Danielson jumped and pulled himself over the ropes to the outside, hoping to land ontop of him with a double footed stomp!

The God of Punks was hit with the stomp, letting out a loud "********!" as the air was... Well, stomped out of him!

Joshua stepped off of Shanahan, before dropping down to his hands and knees and looking for something underneath the ring. If there was a crowd here, they'd be going wild, believing that some hardcore wrestling was going to come next!
Danielson pulled out a cluster of six light tubes and set all of them in the ring, before grabbing one and waiting for Matt to get up to his feet.

Matt stood up, shaking the cobwebs from his head and ignoring what would most likely be a broken rib. He turned around to look for Danielson, not knowing what he was about to see...

When Matt was turning around, Joshua was turning around with him, and then he tossed the tube into the air and attempted to kick it into Shanahan's face, to be followed up by his foot!
