i know its kind of against the rules of time, and impossible, but if it was possible theoretically how many Tardis's do you think could fit inside the Tardis?

Well, you also have to consider which types, don't you?

'Cuz the Doctor's is a type 40.

And even then, each one takes up a certain amount of space, so really, it's all on how much space is in the first TARDIS they're all placed in.

And then you need to determine if you were to fill each TARDIS within the Doctor's type 40 TARDIS with more.

And then you gotta figure out if you want leg room to walk about. I suppose you could always stack a few.

What if you put a TARDIS in a TARDIS that was placed in the Doctor's TARDIS, who accidentally parked it in the Master's TARDIS?

Oh, don't worry about tha'. I've already got a situation like that all figured out.
But... The consequences are unknowable.
*That just makes it all the more fun though!*

i think its possibly infinite, if each Tardis inside each Tardis is bigger on the inside, but then again im sure it would cause some sort of paradox

*mind blown*

Why do we have these discussions, if we have a feeling the universe/universes would implode?

Well, theoretically, you can make the TARDIS adapt to the shape of the time, the Doctor's thingy that controls that broke so it's a Police box, but you could make it any shape, a statue, a box, etc. You could probably put a lot in there. And you could store a lot of stuff in there....Time Lord technology and what not. Remember the massive amount of Dahleks that came out of the one machine that was supposedly "Time Lord" technology?

I agree with this statement.
because the tardis has over a hundred rooms inside of it thanks to time lord tech, The tardis is also known to create more mores so the amount would be infinite but at a terrible cost to the tardis.

The time lord prison vessal known as the genesis ark, created and capable of capturing millions of daleks during the last great time war as a secret weapon. This is why the doctor didn't know what it was, until he saw it for himself.

It depends on what type, the Doctor's is type 40 I believe plus we're not sure how big the type 40 TARDIS is on the inside besides the main control room which is all they show except for the other parts they showed in the recent episode "The Doctor's Wife". I'm not sure if they showed other parts before in the old school Doctor Who, I never watched those before (want to though). I hope they show the old school Doctor Who as well someday on the TV channel I watch Doctor Who on (called Space). They show all the old school Star Trek episodes so I hope they will someday.

Tardis-ception?
PostPosted: Sun Jun 26, 2011 9:07 pm

that's a really good question! i think it depends on how ma rooms there are at the time... umm, in the main control room i'd guess about 30.....no clue:3

well, if it was just our doctors's TARDIS over and over again it would be infinite.
