*PLEASE MAKE THIS A STICKY* Kinect, previously known as Project Natal, is a motion sensor attachment to the Xbox 360 that would allow players to play games and to control the dashboard without using a controller and only using their body. Unlike the Wii and PS3 (with its upcoming PlayStation Move), Kinect will be completely controller-less instead of wireless. Kinect was developed by Microsoft in 2009 but will be released in November 2010. Website

It's an Epic fail on the idea and the price... of paying $150 i think for it plus buying all the games to it so u can use the thing...

One question I have is that at e3 this year when they unveiled the new 360 (EPIC MOMENT OF THE YEAR!) they said that it would be kinect ready does that mean that regular 360's won't be?

I don't know. confused I read on the xbox site that it will work for all 360's. think its probably more for a set up issue that the others will have. But heres the link to read a somewhat lil more about it. http://www.xbox.com/en-US/kinect

i think that its just a bad idea over all.
They're trying to adress all those casual gamers who bought the wii, but the thing is, they already bought the wii, so i highly doubt that they're gonna buy the same exact thing again.

I messed around with a lot of Kinect at E3.. it was pretty awesome I love the way you can control the dashboard with your hands and voice , I don't care much for motion sensor gaming... to be honest.

i don't like the idea, myself. i mean, if i wanted it to be motion sensory, i would have bought a Wii.
