So I decided to try my hand at a theory about God when I noticed that no one really seemed to touch on the connection between the holy books and science and how science claims to prove certain factors.

Like the one where the bible says God created us from the dust and science seems to have proven that we're made up of "star dust". I find this stuff quite interesting and would like to share a place of common cause with everyone here.

I reviewed your beliefs written and give kudos for your efforts as a Truther.

The existence of God is such a mystery that God itself sought to understand and therefore created our universe in the infinite search to the understanding of God or so I believe.

I have some adjustments to what you stated that you may or may not employ in your views and are submitted for your consideration.

The energy in which you mention is a unique formation of Consciousness and sound. Energy itself is, in my current belief, the movement of such divine sound through the medium of consciousness. That this sound energy comes in variables of 'quality' and 'dynamics', or 'vibration' and 'pitch'.

From what you stated about rocks, you can view those as being of or containing within a basic level consciousness capacity or how much dynamic quality it can exist with in physical form.

Plants are said to be the second level of this, not to be confused with an alternate level consciousness but a COMPOUNDED one. Plants therefore exist with all levels of consciousness contained within the rocks, in addition to their own advanced level.

Animals are then said to be a further compounding of the previous two levels of consciousness. Again containing all that is found in the rocks PLUS what is found in plants.

Humans or sentient consciousness is said to be the culmination or quad compounded formation of consciousness, containing within all that came before in addition its own UNIQUE level. The level of self-evident sentience.

Another thing you mentioned is the Suns' relationship in this. If the Sun itself is just another level in the correlated distribution of consciousness, it makes you wonder what level it is on. Perhaps the Sun is a sentient being? Perhaps consciousness compounds at levels further than sentience. That's what we don't know.

What we do, now know, about the sun, as shown in the 'Electric Universe' model, is that the sun is connected to every other star in the galaxy in a similar fashion that we, as humans, are. (If you don't already know, think EMF)

I digress and decide its better to stop here. As its' far to easy for me to get involved talking about something different than what I meant to talk about.

Anyways, never stop searching, the God in you depends on it. mrgreen

Actually, science, by definition, says that nothing can be completely proven. Just throwing that out there.

You say God could be the energy that created matter. But, then why call this energy God? Why not simply "energy?" Energy in and of itself is not sentient. We see this. Can a campfire think? I think not.

Energy does not determine sentience. The functioning of particular chemicals with certain organs produces thought. This is usually part of the brain doing its magic. In humans, though I cannot speak for other species, as I am no expert, this part of the brain is the thalamo-cortical complex, which is very much made of matter.

We cannot prove that the campfire or energy as a whole cannot think. Matter is said to be a "compressed" or more solid form of energy. If that were true, why couldn't a pure form of energy think if we and all other living things seem to be able to think.

Really its a question of how limited or potent is God?

Yeah, pretty much. And you don't need the gender note, males and females pretty much are a product of form and don't really have much of a definition at our exegetical levels.

The bible and other sacred texts often gives clues, mostly in the form of metaphors along with other things throughout history. If it correlates then you can take a sense of knowing that you applied history with what you know today to come up with your idea of god.

I naturally say He because that's how God was explained to me as. I still hold the idea that God could be a "she" but until I know for sure.

I'm sure but there is the whole "made in His image" thing. So having a p***s or v****a is unneeded but males and female both have other difference that sometimes distinguish between the gender being use to model us after. I mean, is God some tiny, buff, thing of a being or a large, frail-looking specimen? XD Both being the a combination of the most obvious differences in height and mass.

Do you honestly believe that 'made in his image' refers to anything in physicality? A god made by the belief of sound, energy, and consciousness. Yet you believe that gender means ANYTHING to God? What are we really if we are truly made in the image of said god? Your human form will only confuse you when attempt to examine what part of you is god/image.

Solidity does not produce thought. As I said, it is parts of your brain that produce thought.

You cannot prove ANYTHING has thought. Prove to me that you are not just a thoughtless shell of a human being.

its very interesting, lol when you said this "Our minds are simply not open enough as many of us are not willing to look into all possible ways but rather the one we seem to find the easiest to support." it made me think, because i am trying to learn to be open enough to see all possible ways of everything. and... lol, its DAMN CONFUSING.... but its not... its understandable yet its not, its complex yet simple, lol all i get in the end is the feeling that im slowly or rapidly going insane, yet not. damn..... oh well we will see what the future brings.

The fact that I have a mind and my brain produces thought. Therefore I have thought. Even in another being's mind, I exist with the idea of thought. I feel, I breathe, and I think. No matter what, I exist and I am capable of thought.
