Yo again! It's me to bug y'all with another one of my many questions. But anyways, I just got done listening to preacher Paul Washer's sermon, 'The Real Gospel.' In it, like in most of his preaching which I agree with, he lays forward the Gospel as presented in the Bible: The ideas laid out in Romans 3:23-27, the contradiction found in Proverbs 17:15 and the idea that God can justify us sinners by punishing His only Son and then vindicating Him by raising Him from the dead to show the world that the price was sufficient, the ideas of God's love (i.e. God is love) and God's hatred (see Psalm 5:4, 5), etc... But in light of all this, I find myself asking myself over and over again, 'How, in light of this message can I let this impact my life?' Then a voice comes into my head saying, 'Preach the Word...' Then I ask how I should go about doing it, and like many times before when this would arise I get the same response: Silence. My church group has acknowledged me as an evangelist, and I am thankful to God that He would bestow such undeserved honor unto me, where glory ought to be given to God who passed over my sins. My question then comes to this: How do you guys respond to this voice / calling / whatever name you may give to it? Personally, I pray and seek God. sweatdrop

if this is a calling God has put on your life he will present opportunities for you to use it, but they may be presented subtly. you need to pray that God would keep your eyes open for opportunities and that he would give you a boldness to use them. then just be ready at all times.
