Hello guys, I'm new at this guild, so i just wanna say hey ^^
But I really need help with something. I wanna have my own custom made treecko sprite and Mawile for my new team i will make here, but i can't really draw for my life o.o
can someone help?

Well, with all of you so eager to help, let me get my two cents in. I'd really like to have custom sprites of Stark, Rem, and Stark's new "daughter," Luna done. I can give you a reference to their appearances, but I really need help, having had no experience with sprites.
Can you help me?

If I might make a slight interjection between y'two there~
What Azure refers to as "spriting" is the more technically correct but less commonly used one. Most people here refer to spriting as recolours and minor edits. Azure uses the term (more correctly) to mean creating a sprite from scratch.
In other words, Azure will teach you to work from a blank slate and create one with an entirely unique pose. Most people refer to this as "scratching" sprites.
Other people will teach you how to make new colour patterns and make minor additions/subtractions to existing sprites.

I'm not that great with sprite work, though I can do a little simple thing (mostly very very slight edits and some recolours.) What kind of things do you want done? It'd be great if you could post them in the thread to give people a better idea of whether or not they can help you.

In my case:
1. A Recolor and small sprite edit for Bel (Black Elekid, small scar)
2. A Recolor for Elly (Swablu, slightly lighter color)
3. A sprite edit (Fon, Paras, Bigger mushrooms and glossier eyes.)
That isn't too hard, is it? I don't want to ask too much...
