Ok, so my aunt is a "wiccan" yeah, she's one of those who has no idea how wrong she is. Sure, I could explain everything to her, but she's the "I know everything" type, and it'd be like arguing with a forum troll. I've said I'm a Pagan, and she says that Wicca, and Paganism is basically the same thing. It drives me ******** insane. I just don't know if I should even bother trying. I was thinking about copy/pasting the information for the "Use of the Word Wicca" thread, and sending it to her via facebook. However, I know that no matter what she'll refuse to see things any other way.
So yeah, not necessarily looking for advice, more or less just venting my frustration.

Could you give her reasoning as to why Wicca and say- something like Hinduism and Asatru are the same?

It's very annoying when they think all Paganisms are the same. And it's really quite offensive when they talk to you like you don't know anything about your own religion, by assuming you do things the same way they do.

Honestly, I would if the situation came up. I wouldn't just pop the question out of nowhere. If it comes up, I'll discuss it, if not, I'd rather not get into it.
