 Ever since X-tina came around with her new album, the fur has been flying amongst GaGa and X-tina fans.I would like to educate all the members here about this situation.
I'm a Christina fan and I don't think there was any copying involved - she was recording her album and had her new reinvention all set to go just as Lady Gaga came on the scene, so she obviously just came up with her idea at the same time and unfortunately, it was just really bad timing.
Christina loves to reinvent herself as well, if you look at her through out her career, you will see how much she experiments with her image which I see nothing wrong with.
Both Christina and GaGa are very talented artist and their dedication to their work is just as strong.
I think as GaGa fans, we should learn to respect this and not bash X-tina for this coincidence.

Actually, I just assumed that Christina and GaGa were on friendly terms, and as artists, may have shared some ideas with each other. They are both amazing artists in my opinion, and I would actually love to see them perform together.

Agrees with everything fans of both artists are nuts. I have a lot of respect for both women.I hope they release a song together it would be great. Christina should have released Desnudate,Glam, or Primadonna as her single it would have been a huge hit most of her electro songs on Bionic are so so except those 3. The songs that really shine are the slow ballads that she wrote with SIA.

I am a fan of both and at first when I first saw Lady Gaga and Christina Aguilera, I was like "WOW! They look a lot alike!" Then I doubted C.A. and was all like "She's freaking jacking Lady Gaga!" But then I learned the truth and I respect both even more!!! mrgreen

What i think is that christina and gaga do have some things in common but x-tina isnt trying to copy her or be like her. It was the press or paparazzi that made the connections and decided to write about it. And in my opinion they are both 2 completely different artists. just saying...

nearly EVERYTHING these days can be considered "copied" from another when in reality, i would bet plenty of people have thought of the same things with OR without anyone else.
I just rather look into one's effort in whatever project. Sure, alejandro has alot of things people can relate another work to, but the effort put into alejandro created a fab result.
I can't say i love xtina, mainly because i have never listened to anyone closely besides lady gaga, but at the same time, i DO respect xtina for becomming so well known and successful
