The first Main forum thread I will make, I know everyone when they start EV training they screw up, the pokemon turn out wrong, But who was the one you loved training the most, that gave the results you wanted? I wanna know and I think it'd be fun to discuss =)
EDIT: I'm mentally ill or something I forgot to mention mine,
It's actually a three-way-tie between Weezing, Absol, and Froslass =)

Well, since I don't have any power items for better EV training, I just use my level 100 Mismagius while the Pokemon I'm EV training holds Exp. Share.

Gardevoir never failed me no matter what version I played. I loved it's move diversity and I got that special attack up there. Good times.

My favorite Ev trained pokemon are..
Platinum:
Weavile, Lopunny, Jynx, Cherrim, Noctowl, Meganium, Miltank, Sceptile, Arcanine, Bastiodon, Skamory, Gengar, Sneasel, Luxray, Blastoise, Primape, Glaceon, Mismagius, Lapras, Clefable, Abomasnow, Mamoswine, Donphan, Starmie, and Articuno
SoulSilver:
Typhlosion, Chansey, Venusaur, Vaporeon, Tyranitar, Cradily, Scizor, Haunter, Swellow, and Omastar
There are more I've done.. but these by far have shown outstanding results in battle.

I think my most favourite Pokémon to train was my Smeargle. Seriously. Took forever to learn the moves, and then had to EV train it with no way to attack.
Not counting him… Right now, probably my Spheal for Little Cup.

My Mewtwo is my best EV'd pokemon, with my Vaporeon coming in second.
I raised my Mewtwo in Leaf Green and EV trained it in speed and Sp. Atk at the power plant up until it his lv 90. I used a master ball to catch it and had to reset 8 times before I was able to catch one with a Timid Nature (+Speed, -Atk). Traded it over to Diamond and finished training and leveling it to get Aura Sphere. Speed-wise it can outrun anything save Max Speed Speed-Form Deoxys (not including Choice Scarf runners because I am comparing base stats, not item-boosts).
My Vaporeon is a defensive wall. STAB Surf, Toxic to wreck other walls, Wish for healing utility and Ice Beam to kill off any dragons and grass types. Capable of taking a Thunder attack and still be standing strong. And when paired with a fellow surf user...well, good luck taking Vaps down twisted Gotta love Water Absorb.
