"Criminal Xelvaro is wanted for the burning of residential area five in Haavan, and for the abduction of a child assumed to be his twin sister, resulting in a death. This Criminal had also again been arrested for his escape from the Haavan prison."
Appearance
Like most from the fiery world of Haavan, Xelvaro Lytaevre begins with the first things Haavanians are known for. Golden-Orange eyes, that fade out from the pupil-less center into a beautiful crimson color. Those wide almond eyes, with black instead of the whites surrounding the iris, are set in alabaster-and-pink skin. Another distinctive mark of the people of Haavan is a series of gear-like markings that run from above the left brow, all the way down the left side of their skin, almost seeming a birthmark on a boy like Xelvaro, as his is a pale peach-pink. With a tall, six foot build, he's got more of a swimmer-like set. His personal clothing style was similar to most of his peoples'. An off the shoulder, silk and chiffon-like material, wrapped almost in a kimono style, stomach bared, and sleeves belled. His pants are of the same material, with gold net overlay, and in an almost genie-like style, always travelling barefooted.
Personality + Backstory: Now his home world of Haavan is very much hot, with its people matching. However, Xel was always quite different. He had a very chilled personality, easily calculating, and thoughtful, where most of Haavan would jump rashly into things, including the government of the world. This was where Xelvaro met his challenge. Already considered slightly insane from birth, the young man had the tendancy to analyze everything for its chance of success, especially his...escapades. Now his way of standing up to the rash government was to calmly burn down the Fifth Residential Area, also known as the 'residence' of all the politicians that made up the Haavanian Council. After said.....indiscretion, the young male decided to find a young woman he hadn't seen since his birth.....his twin sister. Now Xel knew she existed, and it wasn't such a great chore to find out where. With his intent fully being simply staying together with her, he found himself cutting down the only person who stood in his path of that goal. The young woman's 'father'. After that, it was a simple task for the level-headed boy to drag her to a hideaway.
And that was when his madness became apparent. The girl was young, 16, like Xel himself, which for their people was nothing more than the first milestone out of childhood, and into their pre-teens. Xel began to play with her, a tea party, giving her toys, making her comfortable. He was eager to make her happy. After all, this was his twin! And when they came to take the boy away, he let himself be dragged, clinging to her, singing, until they dared try to seperate them, at which point, the boy fought back, brutally...and lost to a particular fire-branding to the back that sealed away his strength.
Within insanity can lie brilliance however....and who knows. Mayhap it will rise to the surface again.

Haavan Transmission from the World of Haavan
"If this transmission is being recieved, it's to explain the origin of a criminal recently sent to Gaia. This criminal, Criminal number 440293, Xelvaro Lytaevre, is a resident of our residential area five. Our world, first and foremost, is used for mining precious, strong metals, and crystals. The heat of our planets core, that pools into the molten lakes, is a perfect way to purify these metals. As the Emperor's Assistant I preside over these workings, and watch over the people within the residential areas that work for our mines.
Criminal 440293 was from one of these Residentials. The family Lytaevre was one of our top miner families. When the twins were born to their mother, Seline, one, we knew would be a good miner, strong. And then there was the Criminal. We separated him, for when he was born, he did not exhibit the traits of normal Haavan peoples. Therefore, he was kept in an isolation. Now, with that residential gone, as well as his sister, we function under new reign, producing less of our metals and crystals but more business.

When Delian first arrived in the arms of Coda, he was a silent, staring little bundle of....well....silence. He seemed to watch his new guardian rather carefully, up until the day he caught the other (mind you this was when Delly was only three) drinking TEA. Yes, tea. Immediately,the true nature of Delian Weylan came to light. Delly is a bright and usually rather quiet young boy who tends to speak in singsong and rhyme, mind simplistic in the childish way of only thinking of what he wants or needs, never really considering how it effects others in the grand scheme of things. It's all in the moment, especially when it comes to teatime. Tea time for Delly means that it's his time to sit with the little teacups and cakes that Coda so kindly prepares for him, and have his 'party' with the dolls he calls friends. Sad thing is that Delly talks to them as if they're real people, and can talk back.
Having grown up some now, he speaks to normal people as if they are human beings, and seems to have a very..calculating way about him. He doesn't LIKE them, mind, and he's still all too fond of people with tails, but things have calmed down a bit. He demands tea time for him and Dolly of Coda, but nonetheless, he enjoys the quiet of sitting out in the back yard. He can have a bit of a mouth on him, and has no problem saying what's on his mind, even if it's quite insulting to the other party. Blunt to a fault, when he's not speaking vaguely, he oft gets in a good bit of trouble, mischief, and amusement.
