Energy Work

There are many different things you can do to play around with your energy and test it's boundaries and limits. One way to pick yourself up when you are feeling tired is to ground yourself. There are many different grounding techniques so it would be hard to go through all of them.
Basic Grounding Idea
The basic way to ground is to picture yourself somewhere and picture all the negative energy in your body and all your pains growing into a ball in your stomach and send that energy down through the earth somehow and into the center to turn the negativity into a bright glowing ball of pure energy from the centre and pull that ball back up to yourself letting all the energy flow into yourself and fill all the space in your body and when you've collected enough for yourself put your hands on the ground and send the rest back to the earth.
some of the known techniques are the tree of life grounding when you picture yourself in a forest and your feet grow roots into the ground and a ball of energy collects in your center and then you push it into the ground and down into the center of the earth to get all the negativity away and let it collect all the energy from the center you can muster and pull it back up to yourself. Picture the energy filling yourbody and branches growing from your raised arms. Make the branches as thick as you need them to hold as much energy as you need and then put your hands to the ground and return what you don't need.
Energy Pendulum
A fun thing to do is the energy pendulum, sometimes knows as the witches party trick. Basically you take a pendulum or a necklace that you feel connected with and hold it over someone's body and the energy they are producing should make it move. It's a fun way to see where someone's energy is most dominant as well as where they may be blocking energy.
This is a topic that I think could go on forever so feel free to add your own things. I know at least another 3 or 4 things you could do here that I just didn't type up so at the end of the week if someone hasn't mentioned them yet I will post them and move this into the traditions forums. The person with the most interesting post wins a prize this week.
