Gold Diggers & Poll Whores Avatar Arena Association

This thread's purpose will be to list off all of the current entries in the Avatar Arena for easy access to the members who will be voting 10. Additionally, this thread will also be the official petition for members of the AAA; if you wish to have people and their mules vote 10 for your entries, it is only fair that you'll do the same for them. By posting here, you are pledging your full support to all members of the AAA to aid them with votes of 10, regardless of how much you ACTUALLY like them or their avatars, and you will be privilege to that very same benefit.

When posting, please put the names of any mules of yours that will count toward the AAA vote total. I would like to keep an updated list showing all of the members and mules so we know how many 10's we'll have coming our way on any given week. Also, when you happen to make a new mule at any point in the future, please make a new post about it here as well.



Welcome to the GDPWAAA, the brain child of Ginhi~kun, thedenomerator and myself.


The mission of the AAA is to give every member of the Association as much help and support for capturing the top spots in the Avatar Arena as we can. The official rules of the Arena (found here: http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10535947 ) state that everyone in the top ten wins 10K or more. If that's not a reason for a Gold Digger to be a part of something like this, I don't know what is.


That being said, the purposes of this that Sagebomb has graciously set up for us is threefold:

1) To give AAA members access to as wide a variety of items to equip on an Avatar Arena entry as possible.
2) To provide feedback on prospective entries from the guild members so as to hopefully get better scores from those not associated with AAA
3) To have ALL AAA members and mules vote 10 for EVERY entry an AAA member puts in the Arena to give them as much of an edge as possible.

If you have an entry that has been submitted, post a thread about it and it will be added to the list in main sticky (it would be nice if you provided us with feedback there on how your avatar was doing as the week went on; rating, average score, etc.). Additionally, if there's an entry you're considering to make, post a thread about it and we'll rate it on the normal 1-10 scale and comment on how you might improve it.


Aside from giving you a heads up about this subforum, this thread will also be a place of general discussion about the AAA, ideas to improve it, any questions you may have, and so on and so forth. I have high hopes for this Association...and I hope you all do as well.



This is the pride and joy of the AAA, thought up by the one and only thedenomerator. Here we will keep a detailed listing of all of the items that members are personally willing to share with others for the sake of awesome Avatar Arena entry creations. There's no need to feel obligated to share everything you own; post only what you'll trust us enough with borrowing. This will be the most difficult part of the AAA to keep maintained, but so help me God, I'll do it.

If you see an item that you would like to borrow on the list, please PM the request to the respective owner of the item. The items will be organized by owner, and any items held by a mule will go under that user's main account...as such, you'll PM the user, not the mule, since I'm sure many of you have mules that you don't go on as frequently as your mains. Create your avatar, and once you have entered the arena with it, send the item back.

I'll be making the lending process as risk free as possible since I'll be keeping a detailed list of what everyone actually owns; any attempts at theft will be reported swiftly and dealt with to the fullest extent that Gaian rules will allow. Additionally, any AAA member who steals an item they borrow will be immediately removed from the AAA and hopefully removed from the guild as a whole (though such decisions are up to Sagebomb, Bluecowgirl and the crew I will DEFINITELY request such from them).

And so I don't feel like a fool, please help me out by telling me when you've SOLD something that you have listed up here as well, Okie?

Do i need to list it item by item?

Anyway im willing to lend out pretty much every thing, though items worth more than 10k i will more likely only lend out to the real regulars, which is pretty much the only ones i expect to ask so its all good 4laugh heart

I might eventually gather all of the information and come up with some sort of a system that makes it easier for people to see everything together, while showing the names and owners. For now, I'm just going to give a sloppy post until I have more time to update it.

Oh, the names alone are far, far worth it. In fact, if all anyone posted WERE the names, I could more than likely find everything I needed to compile the lists. Thankies heart

Well, I'll do his tonight...and when yours is up, I'll do yours. Last thing I need is to get swamped.

Aside from that, it would probably not take too long...depends on how fast your connection is. All I need is the items' names, and if you go to your inventory and click an the item, you can just copy the exact name and past it into the post. It may take a while for all of your items, but you've got some repeats there (nice pants), and overall, I think you could crank it out pretty quick. I'd do it all myself...but I don't, nor expect to EVER, have access to your account.

As long as I have the name, I can look up the item and get the picture. THAT part will take a while. That and the alphabetizing.

Well the process I've got so far is this:

-Get all the official item names
-Alphabetize them
-Find the item images and copy their URLs
-Paste 'em in the thread and update.

Like I said, all I need is the names, though if someone went through the trouble to do all that for me too, it'd be great.

I'll do my own and also try to figure out Sages items. Shouldn't be too hard.
