So I've had about a six month hiatus from Fencing due to having to put my life back together, and I just did all of my body measurements so I could log them before I start practice again on Monday... this is what I discovered
I was out of breath after a five mile endurance cycle... -It used to take me fifteen miles or more to even start sweating
My muscles all decided to shrivel up... -I lost 2 inches off of each of my legs -I lost an inch and a half off my lead arm -I lost an inch off of my trailing arm -I lost two inches off of my chest -My amazing 6 pack has lost a lot of it's definition sad
With my shriveling muscles went my raw strength (duh) -I lost 25lbs off of my bench, meaning I can no longer bench my own bodyweight sad -My leg press dropped from 400-360lbs -I now have to do my curls with 20lb bells instead of 25
MORO FEELS SO WEAK!!!!! gonk gonk gonk gonk

GO LOSE SOME WEIGHT FATTY. WHAT'S THAT? YOU CAN'T PUT THE CAKE DOWN AND GET OFF THE DAMN COUCH? JESUS CHRIST MAN, GO ROLL DOWN A HILL INTO A LAKE OR SOMETHING.
Nah but seriously man, that's not too bad. You can get back in the swing of things in no time. At least you can do better than my lazy rump.

God I know how you feel. I just went on vacation and didnt do anything for a really long time, and I gained 10 pounds and my thighs are huge... I feel so fat as well, so dont fell bad. I'm going to the gym every day or so though, and already I've lost a few pounds ((I have a really high metabolism.)) So you should be fine, I mean really Moro, once you've got a sixpack, you'd have to be the laziest bum ever to get rid of it. But dont let it get to you. Just the other day my boyfriend said ((teal is my color, red is his.)) "Ellen, you're finally getting some actual meat on your bones. You were kinda lazy on vaca, huh?" "Yeah... But its gonna be gone in a month, just watch." "Riigghhhttt. You do know thats in unhealthy to be underweight right? You still look like you are... Oh well. Your desicion."
So, my boyfriend still thinks i'm underweight, not fat, so you probably look fine as well. Dont let it worry you~
