Due to her activity becoming less and less and her not being active when she is on I would like to put up the vote to remove her from her position.

Hm... for this one, I'd say warning first. Although she should be using as much time as she can to make this guild as active and thriving as possible, I wouldn't say that she has been completely inactive. There could be a solid reason for why she hasn't been on as much recently. Sometimes when I'm really busy I'll just turn on my computer, check a few things and then leave, while the computer is still on.(Bad habit...) Maybe she too does that, idk... I think a warning is more suited to this type of thing. and if she continues to be inactive, boot her out of the position

Oh... well then, I take that back. I will need to think about it and observe the matter a bit more. Now that I notice it, she did edit her avi, meaning she was on today...

Enshara Zoro she has been here a long time and I believe she has been given warnings already about being active. Yes, Zoro, I'm the fourth most senior Capain and she's still older. She was a Captain when I joined over half a year ago. And to the voting, I vote yes.

As the person in charge of sending out the personal Waring around the time of Ingfire and Shroud, i never gave her a warning. The only warning that she has gotten was from the Guild Announcements. We need to give her a personal waring before we demote her.
but on the note of her being on, Zoro, she is on, and when she is, she is Rping in other guilds. The last time she posted was Sunday, and i can tell you this, she was posting in other guilds yesterday.

Couldn't we talk to her about this first? I'm not talking about warnings, I mean actualy talking to her and seeing if she wants to either step it up or leave.

I understand I haven't been active and I apologize. I will step down from my position as captain but I would like to remain a member of the guild of possible. You all have been such great friends I'd hate to loose touch.
