It seems that some people will not recognize Ennosuke as an Espada until a vote is done. He used to be the Lt.of squad 3, before Sai quit, which he quit with him, but after some convincing, he decided to come back. Order named him Espada #7, but as stated before, some people will not recognize him until a vote is done. Here is the pm from Order, when i changed the subfourm: I - O r d e r - I

I just wanted to ask if you could change the Espada 7 name to: Ennosuke_Arata
I know him as a good role-player, former LT. and a literate person in all.

I say we give it a shot. I will make a slight change to the voting pattern of this.
I vote for temporary espada seven seat. If he can prove his worth within a months time, and make his area active, including bringing in arrancar, then I will be happy, but I still vote temporary seat.

Even though I wanted Enno in my squad very badly, I think he could possible make the Espada more active. I agree with reddeye so I say make him temp so that he can prove to be an asset.

Well, first of all, you have to think on a few things. One, the Espada are practically dead, we can't really even afford to go on saying no to people who are good role-players and are active.

Order you don't seem to understand that they can't just be active and have good rp skills. Even though they are Espada they need good leadership skills as well.

Well that is why i voted for a temp position we will see if he has the leadership skills to run the espada 7 position and if not just take him back out of the position and it's as simple as that

He should already show leadership skills before he was even made an espada. That is how all the temp captains for the squads have been decided. I don't see a point in making an exception just because its the Espada.

That is a good point, but we should also re-evaluate all the present espada as well. Good leadership is good, but without any effort to channel it, it's just wasted... Not many espada have been active since I first joined
And Ennosuke really has done more for the 7th espada spot than most of the espada have done in their's

But i want to try to give him the chance to really flourish as a leader and this might be what he needs to motivate him to become the leader he needs to be.
Hito also has a good point on the reevaluation for all the espada we should have a vote for that. Make a post about it Hito!!!!

Then consider this, Ennosuke was made into an Espada before there was even a vote put up on it. This should have been voted on to begin with and should not have been pmed to one of the co-owners (vice captains) of this guild.

Yes that is a dilly of a pickle right there.
I do agree that we should have voted on this before Order went and made him an espada. But that was Order's slip not Ennosuke's and should not be used against him
