What do you guys want the pay to be? the bumper activity goes up and down and i want to know what you guys want.
would you guys want 4g per bump with no bonus's but when u complete a order and bump on a holiday
or 3g per bump and plenty of bonuses
or something else?
please help me out because i want to know how to make the shop better, we get alot of applications and i accept them and then they bump for two days than never show up. four people bump every day most of the time and i feel like i have to bump so much to get every order going good.
