"Welcome...To Musubi's Desert."

As far as the eye can see there is sand, lots and lots of sand and occasionally a palm tree or two. In the middle of this vast landscape of sand and palm trees is a single three cushioned crimson couch sitting besides an oasis; this land mark is known as Musubi's Oasis. This is where Musubi relaxes, just sitting on his couch and watching the sun light glisten off the water all day long; this place is modified so the sun is always out, yet the sands are cool and fresh. The trees all bear fruit, from apples to zucchinis, all so soft that they barely need to be chewed. The water in the centers is crystal clear and healthy to drink, seemingly never ending. Musubi's Desert is by far the most exposed and easy to access location in Los Noches; there is even a door to the north that leads to Heuco Mundo that anyone can use. However, that is the only exit and the only entrance to Musubi’s desert; only Musubi can exit this area to Los Noches if he so chooses and uninvited guests who eat any of the fruit will find themselves get sleepy and pass out, where the sands will engulf them and transport them to the Oasis, where Musubi will most likely devour them.

Musubi awoke on top of his crimson couch, finding that his lair sort to speak was not really the mood setting for him today. For Musubi, this was morning; every time during the day was morning because of how often he slept. Today, Musubi wanted to check if any of his services were required; there was a dent in his couch that made his shape that he noticed when sitting up. Many questioned why a couch instead of a bed or a hammock? Musubi didn't know; couches were more comfortable.

"Another good morning..."

Musubi hopped off of his couch and sunk his feet into the sand, still very cold due to the modifications to the sun's rays in this exact area. This room was actually a large dome with an artificial sun built into the Los Noches wall, which made it so the sand in the desert was always cold to the touch and inviting to just bask in. Musubi sometimes would just lie in the sand after a fruit from the trees and just sleep, letting the sand embrace him as he was warmed up by the sun. Musubi often stayed in his home bare foot, to enjoy the sand on his feet. Musubi placed on his shoes as he sat back on the couch, fastening the white straw to the black two-toed socks. Uniforms needed to be opposite to the Shinigami for some reason, it was kind of stupid. Since no orders had arrived yet, Musubi thought it would be interesting to drop in on the Queen, but at the same time he'd probably get killed. Musubi wished there was some meeting place somewhere where they could all just sit around and talk, leaving or entering any time they wished The Queen's room was dangerous to do that in, she was so touchy about her personal space or something, the reason why Musubi called her 'Queen'. Since nothing was happening here -no Hollows or other intruders entering his home- Musubi decided he'd leave, simply disappearing in a static.

Segunda Espada

Musubi was sleeping on his couch with his face up, meaning of course he was on his back. Musubi’s left arm was up the side of the couch and his hand dangled off of the side, while his other hand slightly graced the sand as the movement of his body caused it to dabble into the sand ever so slightly with his largest finger tips, mainly the middle and ring finger. Musubi’s legs were positioned also the same way, hanging off the sides of the couch as he rested, enjoying the long period of sleep that was set before him. By now it was considered hibernation by this point, since Musubi hadn’t woken up for a long time, longer then he could possibly bother to remember. Musubi was of course snoring, a bubble inflating and deflating with the air intake and outtake of his mouth. Like in most comical portrayals, if the bubble were to pop from Musubi’s left nostril, he’d of course wake up; it was tradition. Musubi was dreaming, always dreaming and in his own fantasy world within those dreams. Such fantasies often included wealth, peace, and several stages in-between the two or mixed with the two. Musubi hadn’t been on a mission for a good while now, so this sleeping rut was getting more massive with every passing hour.

To this point, Musubi had literally slept long enough that some things had changed while he slept with the world, maybe even who the Espada use to be. Few dared to wake up Musubi unless it was important, but why would this be? Musubi had a habit to be extremely difficult to wake up and when he did, there was often a delay on him actually opening his eyes. Many have tried to wake Musubi up with little effort, but he was probably the heaviest sleeper in existence; only a few choice individuals could even hope to wake him up, but Musubi had made it easy this time; the bubble inflating and deflating was a pressure point really. Musubi had been asleep awhile and a really odd skill laws to be able to manipulate him while he was sleeping, to the point he could create his own vulnerabilities in his sleeping habits, hence the nose bubble out of his nostril. It wasn’t like anyone needed Musubi right now; all he was good at was getting orders and carrying then out, eventually. Orders were always carried out, but they were taken subtle and précised, never rushed unless absolutely necessary; that was why patience was important when working with Musubi. Those who lacked patience had tried to work with his in the past, but couldn’t take his calm and slow action attitude; it was better to wait for a proper strike then diving in head first.

Musubi was aware there was a meeting going on, but he never bothered with them; if the leader really needed Musubi, she would seek him out and drag his still sleeping a** to the meeting or just wake him up. The leader was one of the few people who could wake up Musubi so easily, because her word was of course law here and therefore very important. Though sometimes the path of the illogical was often filled with unimportance, though the rank suggested otherwise in some cases, since even the smartest and wisest individual could be clouded by their own personal weaknesses. Musubi had a weakness for taking life, being unable to take away one of the most precious gifts in existence; it was a difficulty he had trouble with. Others in the same line, the same rank, the same artist had less trouble with murder and even then Musubi didn’t understand why. There were others, taller and more violent, prone to insanity that seemed to have an inner wisdom, but their flare died with impatience and dwindled in the darkness of a self created void. Musubi reframed from letting that flare died and embraced it, preferring its glow over even the glow of others, since their flames were often violent and unpredictable, especially to a sloth kind of guy like Musubi.

Yuri Yukoto
Quinta Espada

Yuri walked into the sandy landscape of Masubi Tia the Segunda Espada. Looking around he sighed, "Well lets see knowing him hes... on the couch asleep probably." he chuckled. He let his Reaitsu raise slightly so he would know he was here before walking to the couch where he found him, as he expected, asleep.

With a sinical smile he thought about flipping the couch over.... but that probably wouldnt wake him anyway. Maybe... no blastingstuff at him would just piss him off if it did wake him up. Instead he used his... gift. to press at his mind while he slept. This would get his attention, he wasnt really trying to get in just get his attention to wake him up. They had a job to do...

Musubi Tia
Segunda Espada

Musubi’s sleep bubble out of his left nostril suddenly popped, as the sleeping Espada awoke from his about one year sleep, maybe longer. Musubi’s eyes slowly opened, but blinked to clear away the small amount of eye crust that had built up from the irritation of the occasional winds that were positioned coincidently to bother his closed eyes. Musubi’s pupils dilated and returned to normal size about three times, since being away from the sight of light and Musubi’s odd way of habit. Musubi rose from the couch, his body turning merely inches above the couch as in some kind of levitation, turning to face the front and then landing on his feet, the sand being slightly kicked up from the impacting weight of Musubi. They sent the White Lion, Yuri Yukoto; Musubi usually forgot what numbers the others were given since remembering such a trivial thing was only useful if you planned to fight the person based on their rank and Musubi never dreamed to fight an ally. Not to mention Yuri was quite tall, which could contribute to an imposing person and they were going to work together? Musubi looked forward to it, since he couldn’t recall the last time or anytime he’d teamed up with the White Lion, it would be a treat.

“Yuri if I recall…”

Musubi yawned, making sure to cover his mouth with his right hand as his left dangled casually, not really using any energy, like it was dead or something. Despite the ranking Musubi held, he often forgot what rank he was and just in case, treated everyone politely just in case they were a superior. There was even a time Musubi forgot who was leading the Espada and spent the whole day being weary of everyone in an attempt to not anger the true leader. Musubi for this instance couldn’t recall what rank the White Lion was, so it was best to treat him nice; you see, the forgetting stacked up since Musubi couldn’t remember his own rank and the rank of others. This proved he didn’t know how powerful or how weak he was in the ranks of the Espada. Musubi rubbed one of his eyes with the hand he used to cover up his yawning and addressed Yuri further.

“It’s nice to meet you; I’m Musubi Tai.”

Musubi placed down his left hand to his side, still a bit affected by his own sleep, since he still hadn’t fully awakened yet. Whatever this job was, Musubi hoped they could get some breakfast; he was in the mood for some toast and eggs, scrambled of course. Since it was always day in Musubi’s desert it was hard to tell what time it was, therefore hard to tell if this was breakfast time, brunch, lunch, super –dinner for others-, and desert. For some reason, Musubi got the feeling his last name was familiar for something, but it passed; as usual he forgot. Hopefully this task wasn’t too difficult, at least not until Musubi was a bit more alert then right now. Perhaps it would be easier to remember Musubi’s own rank if he could remember where the tattoo representing this rank was placed on him and so far, it wasn’t in a place Musubi could see as he looked on his hands, arms, and varies other places. Musubi only hoped the tattoo wasn’t placed somewhere embarrassing.

A lion has his pride
powerful claws
his roar echoes
throughout the land

Yuri couldnt help but laugh at the casual demeanor of Masubi. "Yes that is me It is nice to meet you as well." he said with a smile. He waited for him to wake up further noting him looking around for something.

"I believe its on the back of your neck." he pointed out. He figured he was looking for his tattoo Yuri often looked at his own. Which was on his left hip. Why he didnt care but it was. "You are segunda, number 2. If it puts your mind at ease." he said with a smile. "I am Quinta, 5" he said holding up his hand to demonstrate. He wasnt sure the extent of drowsiness.

"Now then we are to report to the Meeting room where the other espada await, I believe we are to get some real action today." he said with a grin clenching and unclenching his fist in anticipation. He was a fighter nothing more nothing less.

”Mmm, Segunda? When did that happen…

Musubi shrugged slightly, his shoulders of course meaning they rose a bit, mostly to express to himself, rather than Yuri. At least with the whole ranking thing, Yuri would listen more to Musubi and that would be a key component in any mission; with a title like White Lion, he probably had a feral twist to his fighting style and therefore as hinted with his eager attitude for fighting, could be a problem if this mission required a subtle approach. Musubi could release his Resurrección if things got really bad and keep Yuri from going too far and ruining the mission. It however wasn’t fair of Musubi to immediately judge him a thick headed battle hungry Arrancar; maybe he had a logical side, since Lion’s were hunters, though male lions were lazy. Yuri didn’t seem too lazy, unless that extra bulk from being tall made him too big to be an agile active fighter. This was surely the case with Musubi’s Resurrección occasionally, but only when he got too big or when he lost most of his body; it has happened before. What disturbed Musubi a bit more was how Yuri seemed to be hell bent on looking for a fight, the equivalent of looking for your own death. Even if Yuri was that kind of warrior, Musubi would make sure to keep him back if he was to the point he’d jump into the jaws of danger without a second though. It was hard getting new recruits for the Espada and it was a waste of talent to have it step into the embrace of oblivion.

“Alright, better not keep her waiting…Our leader still is a woman, right?”

Musubi had been asleep for awhile and had forgotten who exactly their leader was again; it was a common thing, but it was one of those rare forgotten memories to forget the leader, but everyone else was fare game to forget. Chances were high that after this job was done, Musubi would forget who Yuri was and assume Musubi remembered the name Yuri from something else. Names sometimes did that, even if they didn’t sound like anything from before. Why, just in a few minutes Musubi could accidently switch memories, thinking Yuri was the Segunda and he the Quinta; it has happened before after all with other Espada, it wasn’t a stretch to have it happen later on between Musubi and Yuri. Things in Musubi’s mind switched, were forgotten, and occasionally replaced; perhaps it was just a ploy, to keep things interesting for a otherwise dull life of an Espada. Fighting wasn’t of the greatest interest to Musubi, so maybe he played with his own memories in an attempt to entertain himself, then forgot he did in the first place; there was unlimited possibilities to one’s own mind.

Yuri smiled, "I havnt a clue when it happened." he said with a shrug. He roled his shoulders, "Yes it is still a women, and yes we probably shouldnt keep her waiting. Hell hath no fury like a women scorned... and her fury is a whole new level of hell." he chuckled. Thinking it through for a moment he pressed gently at the fringes of his mind.

He let information slide to him of the powers he had seen from the primera. As well as one major thought, "I want a chance at the leader if it comes to a fight. I know his weakness." then with a smile he turned walking out of the room waiting for him to follow.

”Right…”

Musubi didn’t mind following others, but Yuri seemed to be the kind of guy who was more prone to battle then Musubi. Weaknesses were only useful for schemes, not actual combat; unless someone with a weakness was blissfully unaware of their own weakness, they would be smart to cover it up. Musubi was always wary of his performance in battle, always trying to analyze what his weakness could possibly be, since everyone had one or two that could be exploited. Personalities were all weaknesses, since taking something personally blinded you metaphorically and mentally. Musubi assumed his weakness was his attitude, the inability to really put any effort into the mindless parts of slaughter and the plan, doing things occasionally too logically without putting effort into the sentimental part. Then there were Musubi’s memories, how they were always so jumbled and mixed, forgotten, or replaced. There was always something to be unseen though, a weakness that would lead to defeat for everyone; for Yuri, it could be his eager attitude for a fight and he seemed confident, probably over the usual confidence levels to the point of danger. Musubi for this reason tried to keep an even head, trying to keep too much head juice from entering any one separate area like confidence or greed.

Musubi followed behind, performing his daily stretches as he walked as part of his wake up routine in order to keep a limber body; stretches in the morning were quite a essential to keep the body from getting stiff, even just an arm stretch in the morning could make all the difference. Usually Musubi spent a good five minutes on the couch just stretching before getting up, but apparently they were in a hurry for this meeting and if this was a hurry, walking in Los Noches or this desert wasn’t exactly the best idea, considering how long it would take. As Musubi stretched his legs with a step, he focused his concentration –yes, that was possible- for the Sound Ceremony or Sonído for others so this meeting could be reached faster. What was the point of Sonído if it wasn’t used for getting to places faster? It wasn’t like this desert restricted the use of the Sound Ceremony, but would Yuri catch on? He seemed like a pretty bright guy, he’d catch on pretty quick. Musubi used the Sound Ceremony, disappearing in a kind of static blur towards the meeting. There was a meeting, right? Musubi had forgotten again, but there was an important thing going on and that meant there was obviously a meeting if there ever was one, hopefully Musubi could find the meeting place, as in the past he had forgotten where meetings took place.
