So this is a more serious topic and I would prefer no one made immature or stupid jokes about it. If your not familiar with the term PBA is Partial Birth Abortion. Its diffrent from a normal abortion in the since that its done after the 2nd trimester meaning the baby is infact a baby. As of now its only legal for major emergncys where the mother may die but some doctors are trying to make it a normal thing that anyone could walk in and ask for. Whats your thoughts on this?

I think this should be available to rape victims also.
rape victims who are forced to have a child they didn't want by law usually end up killing themselves or the child anyway, so... yeh that's my input.

Well couldn't a victum have gotten a abortion prier to being so far along? I mean like right when she found out in the 1st or 2nd month? I don't understand why someone would wait so long

A woman's body is her own damn business.

Now that that's out of the way, I think it should remain legal only for emergency situations as it is. Too many teenage girls these days would end up getting pregnant and changing their minds after the thing is already in fact a baby.

So I say no.

@ Grape - I'm prochoice all the way! If a womens one month or so along that is..I think its cruel to do one the fetus is a baby though (Unless its a emgency of course)
