The overly large Cybertronian lies seemingly motionless in front of a small crackling fire. Occasionally, sparks will spit onto his tail, and he will observe the small soot marks left behind, but then move back to his original position. With large and menacing hind legs tucked underneath him, and large front paws supporting his mechanical head, he appears smaller then he actually is. The red in his eye sockets glow faintly, and dart to observe the slightest movement. He sighs with boredom and attempts to curl up further, feeling just as cold and alone before the fire than in any other place

A soft, low hum emitted from the small dark vixen as she padded--unknowingly--toward the bright glow of the fire. So far, she had only wandered around with what seemed no purpose. Or, when she had a purpose, it was sucked up into her tumult of thoughts and completely forgotten. She huffed, twitching her tail, as she came closer. Somehow, she didn't notice the large metal male curled before the fire. That is, until she was practically in front of him. Her eyes widened, her mouth falling open in a small gasp. "O-oh! I'm s-sorry!" Elysia gasped, blushing brightly.

the large mecha fox slowly rotated his head to see who was making a fuss. Noticing another on his field of vision he raised his head, and his spikes bristled threateningly. He wasn't in the best of moods today, having a bad encounter the night before with a noisy party, his senses were still hurting. "What do you want?" he said in a calm but growling voice

The second those glowing red orbs fixed on her, Elysia relaxed. She knew this intimidating metal male. "Shadowblitz? Why are you out here all alone?" She asked, her voice soft, little more than a whisper. He didn't look well. He looked angry. Or at least to her he did. Slowly, she crept forward, watching that dangerous tail of his. Curling her tail around her legs, she sat before him, watching him with curious eyes.
Then she remembered he had asked her a question. "Oh. I was just out walking," she smiled, trying to convey her calm onto him. He looked like he needed it.

The Cybertronian, having remembered vaguely that he had met this particular fox before, let the bristling spines relax, but the long snake tail flicked dangerously behind him. "I'm always alone now" he said with a hint of a growl emanating from his throat. He had long since deleted most of his memories of one he thought he cared for, but he still felt the ache she left behind..an ache that forced him to curl up by the fire day in and day out.
"Just walking Hm? Well then.." he had really nothing more to add to that. He lowered his head onto his front paws and stared at the floor.

His words hit her like a three ton truck full of cinder blocks. Always alone... No one deserved to be alone. Cybertronian or not, she saw that he had pain wrapped around him like a thick armor. It hurt her for him. She frowned softly, lowering herself to lay across from him. Her ears pinned back, her own scarlet eyes dancing with lights from the fire. "Well," she began, offering him a friendly smile, "you aren't alone, now."
She blinked slowly as he laid his head on paws, fixating his eyes on the ground. "Walking helps me clear my head and calm down," she admitted, flicking her tail lazily around her. "And, listen, no stutter this time." She grinned, trying to get him to at least smile. She'd even settle for a fake smile.

The metal beast looked up with his eyes. She didn't understand at all did she? He was always alone regardless of who was around. It was something that after thousands of years had told him was unfixable, so he did the only thing he could do.
"I appreciate your gesture, but after my betrayal to my kind, I have all but lost everything. It's never easy..but nothing ever is" he said with no emotion behind his words. Even in his days of doing nothing and just sitting there hoping for something to do, he had become tired. Perhaps his spark was fading faster than he had hoped. He didn't want to die...but he didn't see a point to living either.
"Like I said...your efforts are appreciated, but futile. If a good walk could clear my head, then it would have done so decades ago
