So you want to be a crew member?

These are the requirements you must meet to become crew member. Make sure to read them all before you apply.

Crew Requirements and Rules:

1. Must be a veteran member of the guild. (Was a member of the
original guild, exceptions may occur.)

2. You must have at least 1500 posts on gaia.

3. You must have helped me in some way. (Making banners, donating, etc.)

4. You MUST be an active member before and after you become member of the crew. Any un-active crew members will lose their job.

5. You must respect others, just because your crew doesn?t mean you need to treat people rudely etc.

6. If there is a problem, report it to the guild captain (Yu Mutou) and I'll help you deal with it, if it is a small one, make sure you handle it properly. Also think before deleting posts or threads, if you think it should be deleted but your not sure, talk to me first. Also, NO banning anyone without asking me first.

7. You must have Tsubasa knowledge, this is a Tsubasa guild. You should know enough to answer questions if people have any.

8. Most of all, don't abuse the power of being a crew member!

Ok, that?s most of them, I think. Please do not apply if you don't meet the requirements or don't think you can handle the responsibility. I want good, hard working crew members to make this guild successful and keep it clean.

How to Apply for Crew:

Please post here why you want to be crew, reasons why, etc. I probably know most of you that want to apply, also I'll look back on the behavior in the old guild.

Please only post crew applications here! If you have any questions about becoming crew post them in the Questions and Feedback forum. After the crew has been chosen, this will become a forum for crew members to discuss guild issues, problems, etc.

I'd like to be a crew member because it's a role that means watching out for yourself and others. I'm on for a good amount of time per day and if needed, can recruit members. I like to keep things fun. I can set up guild contests and things, I do it for other guilds often. I have experience too. Plus, Tsubasa is awesome, I love it, and it's even better when you read the xxxHolic side of it!! 3nodding

Yes, it makes me think of somebody going "10 things to never put on your resume or say in your interview!! You there!! Are you listening to me?! If you can't write a resume in the proper format, I'll keep you after class and drill you on it!!"

I would like to be a crew member for this guild because I've loved Tsubasa before I even read it. I know enough about it to answer questions if anyone needed to know something and if I didn't exactly know the answer I would go out of my way to find the answer for that person. I have a good work ethic and I always treat people the way I would want them to treat me. I have donated to the guild and I was a member of the old one. I don't have 1500 post on gaia(mainly because I've had so many computer problems/slow dial-up), but I have been a member of gaia since Feb. of last year. I will do as much as I can to help the guild in any way possible.

Although I would love to help, it makes it rather difficult if one does not post that often on the regular Gaia forums, in order to bump up the post count, and... I have never met you before signing up on here. n.n;;

I'm a pretty organised person, and I've already got a couple of ideas in my head about this place that could make things easier on you, managing the guild-wise. A couple of rules and what not, basically regarding the posts here.

**bribes** I could always start up competitions for you. Ha ha. Anywho, I'm sorry that I don't totally qualify... But one never knows, right? =P

Tsubasa wise... I've read up to Chaptire 53, and have a pretty decent knowlege of most of the characters, I used to be an old CCS junkie, so I do know loads about the "younger" versions of S+S, Tomoyo, anyone else who has appeared from CCS.

Donations.. What does one mean by that? Donating moolah to the guild? What does the guild get out of donations? Can they upgrade or something? I'm not entirely sure of what that means. ^^;;

A crew member? Hmm...
Well, I've tried to be an active part of the former Tsubasa guild as much as possible. I try to be online everyday for some short time so I can check on sites. I also admin at another message board so I know what the duties are like. I've read up to Chapitre 53 in scans so I know the story of Tsubasa well and I'd be glad to provide information. I also have a photobucket account where I can gladly host the banners, signatures, and other images. The only qualification I don't meet is the number of required posts... Please tell me if I make it!

Ok everyone! First I'd like to thank all of you who applied, I really appreciate it! Now that I've seen how the guild has been functioning etc. I've decided at this point it only needs one crew member. More will be chosen later on as the guild gets bigger and more members join. If you haven't applied yet, you still can for the other three crew member spots that will be filled later on. The first crew member I have chosen will be Mercuryangel. She is the oldest active member in the guild and I think she can be a great crew member. Thanks again to everyone! ^^

Kingdom Hearts is on PS2. I didn't have one when I first wanted to play it so I had to borrow my uncles. He ended up getting me one for Christmas because he never got his back... ninja
