If you are going to be inactive for longer than a day, it is advised that you post here using the skeleton below to let everyone know.
This will ensure that other role players and the mods alike are aware of your time away from the guild and your reason(s) for it.
Battles & Events
It is especially important that you post here if you're involved in a battle or competition of some sort and will be going inactive for a short period of time. The reason for this is that if you're inactive and we are not made aware of it here, you will be penalized for not posting or meeting certain requirements within the time limit(s). (Note: Inactivity lasting longer than a week may result in a DQ from fights or competitions regardless of notice. It varies from situation to situation.)
Power or Internet Loss
Internet/power loss can be one of the harder problems to deal with when it comes to inactivity. If you need to, borrow the use of a friend's computer or have a friend in the guild post for you. Some cities even have libraries with internet accessible computers. If all else fails, then be prepared upon your return to explain the situation. Sometimes we may not be able to undo a verdict, so make sure to try all your options before waiting for your internet/power to come back on.
