Hey! Welcome to TDM. It's always nice to see new faces! And my sincere apologies for both of your losses. I've lost my great-grandmother to lung, my grandpa to mouth, and my aunt is currently fighting ovarian cancer which spread through her body.

I lost my Aunt and a cousin to cancer,I didn't really get to know them that well because they lived back east, I was living in California,my daughter was almost seven when she got to talk to my aunt just before she died, then a few years later we got a call and was told that my cousin had just died of cancer as well.

I'm new here. Call me Jess or Jessie. I've never really stopped to think about how much this disease has invaded my family until recently... My paternal great grandmother died of breast cancer before she had a chance to meet her first great grandchild (me) my uncle died of lung cancer when I was in elementary school. I've got a second uncle fighting lung cancer right now along with an aunt battling breast and my grandmothers brand-new ovarian diagnosis. sweatdrop
