Welcome, warriors. This is the border between BreezeClan and SeaClan. It runs along an outcrop of land into the river. Here is for border patrols, conversations between Clan patrollers, and border skirmishes. You may also come here to hunt. Meet here for any patrols, fights, all that jazz. Mrr-rroww!

Wavepelt ran down to the river, today he was very close to the clans he was hoping he would meet a group if he stayed over here. He had been waiting for a long time and decided to give up so he decided to start going back farther up-stream from the clans. He started running after a mouse but slipped on something. He fell into the river and hit the bottom so hard he passed out. His limp body started to flow down the river towards the clans.
(I need someone from Breezeclan to come here immediately!)

Surprised by joy --
[Dewburst was still pondering the dream and the weird smell.
Unknowingly his paws had led him to the territory's border with Seaclan.]
[A cat's unmoving body caught his eye as it floated down the stream.]
"I know I'm going to regret this but -- " and with little hesitation he jumped in.
[Kicking out with his strongly muscled legs, he reached the cat's pelt and dragged him onto Breezeclan territory.

Wavepelt awoke on the riverbank with a start. When he opened his eyes he found a cat looking over him. "Are you a cat from the clans, Oh I'm sorry I should introduce myself, I am Wavepelt would you mind telling me you name?"

[Annoyed that he had sniffed this cat slower than usual, he spat furiously on the moorland grass.]

"I don't care if you like me or not I want you to take me to your group, I think they're called clans, right now". Wavepelt just wanted to ask about clan life and if he could join. There are rumors that the greatest of all cats who live or used to live here was a kittypet. "Is there a test I could do to prove to you I can stand up to your way of life"?

"Hmm, a loner with guts, eh?" he meowed thoughtfully.
"Well let's just see how brave you are after this!" he meowed just before he leaped on the tom's shoulders.
[Raking his claws down the tom's flanks and jumping off again stealthily.
Then quick as a flash, he stuck his paw out and swiped it under Wavepelt's legs.]

"I think that stung a little bit, now try this!" Wavepelt started running at the cat zigzagging so he couldn't guess his move. He leapt but kept his back feet on the ground, the other jumped completely. Waveheart went to the ground and headbutted the cat while he was still in the air.

"Arrg!" he yelled completely caught of guard.
[Not wanting to be put off, he crouched down and stalked towards the tom.
His eyes went towards the right, and as he guessed Waveheart's eye lit up.]
[He now knew that Waveheart was expecting him to strike from the right.
So he leaped left, high into the air and slammed Waveheart to the ground. Waveheart had all the breath knocked out of him.
Claws in his neck fur he said..]
"Nice try." he growled.
[Letting go he started to make his way back to the camp.
Without turning around he said
"Well? Are you coming? You did catch me by surprise back there.. You do deserve a chance." he meowed.

Wavepelt was surprised "of course I'm coming, thank you". This is why he spent those days sitting at the stream, hoping for this day, and now here it is. I have to take this chance Wavepelt ran after the cat as he led the way to his and Wavepelt's possible future clan.

 O w l t a l o n“Belief is not a matter of choice, but of conviction.”___________________________Owltalon arrived with Wavepelt at the SeaClan border. The scents of the river flooded the area, as it was near here.
“And so, this is the SeaClan border.”
He said in his flat voice as he washed an ear with his paw.

Wavepelt was actually happy to be here "It sure is calm here, that's surprising". There had been rumors that all the clans are constantley in chaos. Then again that was only one of the many rumors that had been proven wrong already. "So are we heading back to the camp soon?"

Owltalon meowed in a monotone. He then nodded to Wavepelt as he stood up.
“Yes. On the way back, we can hunt. In times of newleaf, the Clans must take full advantage of the increase of prey...This will also give you a chance to prove your hunting skills to BreezeClan.”
He turned around and began to pad back towards the camp with light footsteps.
[[Wanna do a time-skip and say that we already hunted? We can resume carrying our catches back to the camp. :3]]

(Okay, that sounds great)
Wavepelt nodded "so what could cause the violence at the borders"? Wavepelt wasn't sure how fights could happen so far away from the camp.

Then again, border disputes can arrise just from cats from different Clans who happen to see each other and...just don't like each other. Some cats just let their emotions get the better of them.”
Owltalon shrugged at his last words. True. It had happened before when innocent cats were attacked just because of rumors or suspicions. He began padding back to camp now, his ears swiveling for the sounds of prey.
