This roleplay will involve three parts.
The parts of this mission are:
1: Entrance-This will be a mission where I, and 1-4 other agents will gain entrance into the building through any means necessary, though the front door shall not be used as to keep hidden. Though, it is very good to come battle ready, with some form of small weapon that can get larger when needed. Also, be in some form of a battle suit, awesome or actual battle-like... I don't care.
2: Investigation- This part of the mission will be a thorough investigation. It will require being very sneaky as the GRA is said to have top security. There likely will be fighting.
3: Exit- Self Explanatory.
The means for this investigation are focused around the many recent releases from the GRA, gained through tax services. How they are producing them, we do not know, and we do not know if we shall be able to find out. It's worth a try though.

Agent EXE walked up to the gates of the large building. "The builders of such a huge tower... one that rivaled Gambino's... and they used it for a 'prom'... I wonder what it's used for now," he mumbled under his breath. Of course, they were just at the GRA HQ, which was 23 stories high, where Ivan was said to work. EXE started to tap some buttons on his Nano-C, locking the transformation process. He expected other agents to show up soon for the infiltration. EXE waited patiently, tapping his foot in a perfect rhythm.

"C'mon Pent, wakey wakey," Draxio whispered, trying to wake the sleeping agent, "Just because you have a body again doesn't mean you can sleep all day."
A short while later:
"I don't see why I was assingned to this mission, it just seems like the tax department of the Gaian Government, right?" I said to Draxio as I strolled the halls to the parking bays with her beside me, "You got assigned because Agent Darkangel was assigned, remember Sycophant?" Draxio replied. Reaching the black van lined up with the other vehicles I climbed into the surprisingly roomy interior, despite the computer console taking up most of the room. "Now remember when you get in there I'll have full feed back here in the van." Draxio informed me, ever since the Saikyou Crisis this was how missions went for us, one would handle the grunt work while the other monitored the situation from the street.

Agent EXE checked his Nano-C quickly and brought up a terminal function. So far, he had three agents on their way. Syconphant, Toki, and Darkangel. They could likely do it, but he felt that they needed on more to do the mission at full force. He pressed the key to close the terminal and continued to pace, finding a good entrance.

Toki slammed on the brakes of the car she was driving, narrowly missing a large truck. She cursed under her breath before carefully parking the black GiB issue car. She slammed the door shut, then crossed the street before coming upon a large building. The glass doors were shut to keep out the blustery march cold, and a few people in suits were entering and leaving the building every now and then. Workers.
She glanced around until she spotted a familiar-looking person sporting a black hat. She casually walked over to him, making sure that none of the people outside the building were suspicious.
"Rinny!" She greeted him once they were within earshot.

I dropped out of the tree I had been hiding in, touching the ground noiselessly and letting my cloak flow behind me. I had finally caught sight of an intruder that looked suspicious enough to interfere with Agent EXE's break-in...
But It was only Toki-chan. Ah well. My legs were getting tired, and if I didn't talk to someone soon, my brain would start working. Can't have that happening.
I rounded the corner of the building and waved to the two. "Agent Ex," I said as I came within earshot. "Finished patrolling the perimeter, did about ten scans, got nothing worth it and nobody special. Except our fine guest here." I smiled at Agent Toki, remembering how she had managed to get us through Sycophant with our skins still on and in one piece.
I brushed a bit of pollen off my shoulder before continuing. "As far as I can tell, there's nothing... that we can do. I don't think we'll be able to get the walnut without breaking the shell." I sighed. "... this place is built like a frickin' rock..." I added, a bit tired.
At least Pent and Drax were coming. That tended to lighten things up.

The large black van pulled up next to the smaller black GIB standard car that had also parked there. The building was impressive, even for the stardards of someone who had seen crashed Zurg ships and giant caves of robots hanging from the ceiling. Grabbing my favorite sword off the weapon racks as well as a gun and a communication device I stepped out of the van and onto the street, keeping as much of a low profile as possible.

"Okay, Toki, please keep quiet. It took forever to get this mission authorized, mostly because of... that incident... oops..." he said, starting to mumble about paperwork. "Okay, men and women. I have found one entrance... but it will cause a loud explosion. Any ideas as to how to create a diversion?"

"A fire." Toki said almost immediately. "Or a car crash. I'm pretty sure I could ram something safely and get out quickly." She thought for a moment. "Yeah, I could probably crash a car without injuring myself too seriously... I think..." She said the last part somewhat quietly.

"...Screw it. The bomb has already been placed. I have prepared a form of a grappling hook for you all," he started, digging around in his pocket. He finally pulled out 8 grappling guns, each that would connect to the wrists in a spider-man like style. He threw 6 to the ground for the others to pick up, and started to show an example. "Okay, so first, you place it on your wrist, where it will wrap around immediately... then, just squeeze your fist together and a nice long wire should fire and attach.... I would recommend near the highest point on the building. You will get to a point at the top of the fence where it will have a one foot tall electric area, where you will need to jump, squeeze tightly, duck your legs, and hope you don't hit it. From there, lower yourself to the ground, and we will continue from there!" Agent EXE, as an example did exactly what he said. He placed the bands on his wrists where they wrapped around, almost melding into his skin. He launched the bands one foot below the top of the tower, with an almost perfect precision. From there, he gripped his fist, pulling himself to a climbing like position on the fence. After 8 feet of climbing, he reached the electrical area, where he jumped up, gripped tightly, causing the wire to pull him quickly, while he ducked his legs. He narrowly missed the top of the wire. Once his foot hit the wall, he was only five feet from the ground, so he lowered himself in a jump, then stopped gripping his fists. The hooks unlatched and flew into the small compartment at the top of his bands. "OKAY! Hurry, so I can start the diversion!"

Toki glanced up. "That's a long way..." She said weakly. She picked up a grappling gun, vaguely wondering what would happen if she shot somebody with it. She pointed it at the roof of the building, and felt a jerk as it began pulling her up. She landed on the roof moments later, crawling up and quickly moving closer to the center of the roof. She felt as if an invisible force was pushing her off the ledge when she was close to it.

Grabbing a pair of grapple guns I aimed at a point on the building. This was going to be like the rope in gym class, it's always like the rope in gym class... Ascending using the motor I heard the pitch increase by about... 50 Heartz, and then the motor burned out, I was going to have to climb the rest of the way up... Just like gym class...
