First a little background info. My strength as a wiccan is Lucid dreaming(being able to dream what you want), but lately it hasn't been working. I wanted to dream about a world of chocolate one night but it didn't work. Instead, as soon as I fell asleep till I awoke, I drempt a date. Not even a date I was born in. The date was April 19, 1966(year was in the 1960s I couldn't quite see the last number but i think it was 6). Anyway, The word was written in read fading through orange and yellow and turned black. It was written like, I don't know. I found a picture so I'll post it. It was written like the picture. There was nothing else. There was no background, no people, nothing. It sorta zoomed in with a fade effect then backed up and stayed there. I don't know what it means and I haven't been able to Lucid dream or even dream since then. Any one know what this might mean? My mom-knows nothing- says it may have been the date i died in my first life and i'm trying to figure out how, but i don't think so. Anyway, tell me what you think

You may want to try looking up one of those "what was happening in the world on..." things to see if anything stands out to you.
Also try looking into the history of your home or the surrounding land to see if anything happened there on that date.
I tend to think your mom may be right about it being connected to a past life. You could try meditating or do/get a tarot reading regarding past lives and try to focus on the date during the reading.

Even if you can't find anything in the histroy of your home and surroundings, it's a good idea to google that date and see if anything stands out to you.

Thanks guys! I'm google-ing it right now. Let see what it says...nothing happened on that date. On april 18 something happened to a cathedral in canada, but I live no where near canada. on April 19 1966(first ones were 1965), a mexican singer died on gall blader problems. And Bobbi Gibbs became the first woman to run in a marathon. thats all. I can't find any thing else. My home history isn't anything. Our house was just built three years ago. Nothing happened on the land here. Maybe I'll go on ancestry.com

I have quite detailed, horrid ones quite often, and they are so completely out of the blue, that i have trouble interpreting and letting go of them.

same....I had a dream the other night where I was being cut(emo style-ish) with a athame and when I woke up my legs were cut and bleeding, but my athame was locked away in my chest still shiny.

I had a weird dream. Nothing like i have EVER dreamt before.
I walked into a bar, like one of those American diner bar things. Idk. Everything was black and white, but i was in normal colour. The fans were kind of moving a tad slowly, im not sure if they actually were or not, but yeah. On the ceiling, there were thousands of post-it's, a few were flying around because of the fan.
I walked into the back, i stood infront of like 5 toilet stall things, the one dead center had a glwong white light under it. Around it, was blood and flesh. All of a sudden i heard something behind me, ebfore i could turn, this girl brushed by me,crying frantically, standing against the wall right in front of the stall with the glowy lights under it. The door flung open and these tenticles flung out and grab the girl and all i could see was blood spraying everywhere. I turned to get out and i woke up.
Really weird dream.

Really weird dream. eek. Thats kinda scary. Now i'm gonna have bad dreams. lol. Maybe you saw something earlier that day that freaked you out. i know the shadow of my computer chair scares the crap out me. Anyway try to recall something from that day. Or sometimes like my dreams, something simlar is gonna happen, though I highly doubt it.

I havent been able to remember any of my dreams for that past, eh, 5 ish years. Always have woken up with out even a hint so im not even sure if im dreaming. So im wondering if thats a problem.

Okay, I had a very odd dream last night, and I was wondering what you guys thought about it... See, I was thinking about starting to worship in some Pagan religion (what religion, Im still not sure yet...) and I was thinking it over last night before bed. When I feel a sleep, I had a dream.
I was in a very large, crowded mall. I didnt see anyone I knew, so I was basically by myself in a sea of people in the mall. And, I was going the totally opposite way of everyone. They were heading away from the place I was apparently going. Toward the end of my dream, I finally reached my destination. It was a sort of a book store. There were two books sitting in the shop window, all decorated and made to look nice in the window, like they do in malls. But they were huge books. Like, huge. And they both seemed to be bound in precious metals. One had a cover of gold and the other was silver. They both had a tree on them, with braches kinda slithering up and all around the books. No one was in the back of the mall, except me. I reached out to touch the glass of the shop window, and then I woke up...
Now, this is extremely weird. But, I was being a deep kinda person, and was trying to find the meaning of this dream. I dont know a lot about Paganism, but I thought this seemed like a good sign. Like, I dont know, maybe telling me to continue my studies of Pagan religion, and even being religious practices...? I dont know. Hopefully Im not sounding crazy... Anyone wanna reassure me that Im not crazy?

The tree slithering up the books sounds like a common pagan symbol, representing the mother goddess, so that seems a good sign. And the two books, it sounds like you have two choices to follow your path. Now, you just have to figure out what the two paths are, and what the two books meant. hope i helped wink
