History: Born in the Weyr, has no clue who his parents are, raised by his foster mom along side his two foster siblings who both left the Weyr to become apprentices at different Crafts rather then become dragonriders. Unlike his two siblings, Myrin has dreamed of being a dragonrider since the first time he saw a Hatching, and is determined to make his dream come true, even after a Hatching when he was 15 left him unImpressed.
Appearance: He is about 6ft and in good shape ffor a boy of his age, he's eyes are a light blue and seem kind of dulled. Scars around his eyes blend well with his well tanned skin. He has long (for a boy it's about 3in long or so) black hair that stops just above his eyes. He usually wears comfortably loose clothing when he is allowed too.
Personality: Myrin is determined, and a hard worker. He plans to show that despite what others may think, he can succeed at his dream. One of his bigger problems is that he is easy to anger, expecially if somebody is saying bad things about someone because they have something different about them or isn't able to do something, taking those as personal insults. Another problem is when he gets really upset or excited over something he'll jump in without thinking. (ex. He hears somebody bullying someone, he'll jump in to defend the person, even if it may cost him his spot as a canadidate)His social life is spent mostly with dragons and firelizards, then the humans they're bonded to.
Other: I'm fine with getting a bronze

Welcome to DRoP! <3 Just a couple of things, and you're good to go.
- The sort of overall big thing that stands in the way of him being a dragonrider is his disability. Candidates must be in fit fighting form, and as such none of them can have disabilities, mental or physical. They don't even let pregnant women be candidates. If he was blinded by a dragon/born blind (which you can do, by the way) he would never be eligible for Impression and never have been allowed to be a candidate.
If you intend to keep him blind, then he can't be a candidate, and you would need to tell me what sorts of work he does at the Weyr. Do they just sort of stick him in a corner somewhere with hands-on work and leave him alone?
- I'd also like to see you expand a little bit on his personality. How are his interpersonal skills? Does he like people? How has his blindness affected his personality? (i.e. how does he feel about other people commenting on it? Is he defensive about it? Does he worry about how people see him?) Is he a leader or a follower? How does he do in groups?

This is the kind of length I generally like to see in personalities. Yours is still a bit too short, unfortunately. >: Look over the questions I've asked again (because you only answered the first one, and very briefly) and see if you can add more and I'd be happy to accept him.

okay, sorry, below is a complete rewrite of the personality not just addons so once you read it you may see things that repeat
Personality: Myrin is extremely determined to follow his dream, no matter what obstacles might get in his way, he works hard to prove that if he puts his mind to something he can suceed. He has a problem of taking almost every insult somebody says personally, despite wether that person is talking about him or somebody else. Also while angered or excited he can jump into thing without thinking, even if whatever he may be doing could get him excluded as a candidate (though he does his best to avoid those kind of situations if he can). He is good with other humans, most of the time, and can stand being in groups, he doesn't really like people talking about his scars that happened when he accidently got in between a hatchling dragon and the one it wanted to impress, but he will onnly get irritated in most cases, unless somebody won't leave him alone about it. He prefers the company of dragons and fire lizards, rather then humans, even though he hardly ever is able to talk to them. When it comes to humans he more of a loner, though in a group he'd rather come up with his own ideas and conclusions, then go along with whatever somebody else thinks up.
He's not a big fan of people who think they're all that just because they look pretty, or are good at a certain thing or ride a bronze or something like that, and he when it comes to people he may be attracted to, it has nothing to do with how they look or stuff like that, but rather how he feels around them and such.
Is that long enough?
