Well as we all know, Naruto has/had some awesome and crazy technology in it. And if you're like me, then you have thought of some of our own. Custom technology can be anything from medical equipment to battle gear. But no matter what it is, they must be created to use in defense or aid of your village. These must be personally accepted by me or one of the other designated crew members. There must be a weakness to your device/invention. Genin can have up to 3 separate Personal technologies, this number goes up by one per rank. Public technologies are not yet limited [b]Username:[/b]

Username: Major Dangerousk RPC Name: Matsuya Komihachi Rank: Hokage Technology Name: Model 7 ANS (Advanced Nerve Suppresent) Serum Technology Power Rank: B Description: A serum devolped by the Konohagakure Medical Technicians as a means to quickly and easily knock out a patient for surgical procedures. But when the Black Ops got word of it they immediatly thought of another use for it. They modified the Serum to meet their own needs. It is now contained in vials carried by ANBU members and other high ranking shinobi. The serum acts on the nervous system, attacking the target's nerve cells. It temporarly paralyzes them, making their body useless. This can be used to extract a high-value target to a safe distance without a fight. The serum can be shot into the target with a syringe or simply used to coat a kunai. As long as the serum makes it into the target's blood stream, they have a very short time to react to it and get medical attention. Even then, the antidote can only be procured by a B-rank or higher medical ninja. The toxin itself takes 5 posts to set in. At a 2 posts the target starts to feel a numbness in their fingers and toes. At 3 posts their legs start to numb, becoming paralyzed. At 4 posts, the target's body is paralyzed to the point where they can only speak and move their eyes. At 5, their body is completly paralyzed and they are unconcious. After ten posts of the person's body being moved or used in other manners, they awaken from their paralysis. Weakness: Once used on a person it can never be used on that individual again; their body builds a natural immunity to it. Picture:  Technology Name: Near-Death Suspension System Technology Power Rank: S Description: A secret project assigned to the Med-Techs of Konoha by the Hokage. This system can be used to take someone who is almost on the verge of death and suspend them in a liquid which keeps them unconscious but alive, by distributing vital nutrients to the body. During this time, the person can be treated or experimented upon for research purposes. The person will stay suspended between life and death until either the system is disabled or the individual breaks free of the coma. Weakness: If the individual breaks out of the coma the system immediatly crashes, allowing the person to be freed. (In other words, if the person can conciously muster enough chakra to somehow break out of the liquid they're free.) For a genin it takes 20 posts to muster enough power to break free. Chunin= 15 Jounin=10 Sannin/Kage= 5 Picture: Technology Name: Autonomous Limbs Technology Power Rank: A Description: A artifical limb used to replace one lost in battle, allowing the person to have the limb in question again. The power source for the limb is the person's own chakra. Through a extremely painful procedure the nerves are connected to the device, allowing the person complete control over it. The procedure in itself must be proformed by a jounin rank or higher med-nin. The chakra drain is so minimal that it ussully isn't necessary to keep track of; unless they wearer is using high level techniques. The limbs are also removeable so the user can rest without draining any chakra from themselves. Weakness: One's chakra is the power source So if the individual is out of chakra, the limb will not function. Like any other machine, it can only take so much use and abuse before it starts to break down and needs repairs. Picture:

these all sound cool, I guess one thing I'm wondering about is what does the power rank actually mean? does it mean that only people of certain ranks can utilize the technology or...
but anyway I think that the first two look pretty good, I just have a few concerns
1. for the serum, how many posts does it take before the paralysis sets in, and does it all happen at once or would it be like 1st post nothing happens 2nd post half of body is paralyzed 3rd post complete paralysis, or what. Also how long does the paralysis last?
2. Suspension system: what's would the requirement be to actually muster the strength or will-power or whatever necessary to break free. In other words, if I nearly die and someone puts me in one of these what's to keep me from just saying "alright I break free and escape back to my village, suck it". Should it be a post requirement, or a rank requirement, or what?
3. The Limbs: when you say that they use chakra as a power source does this mean that they would actually constantly drain chakra so that people would have to keep track of it, or is it such a small drain that it wouldn't need to be kept track of.

Technology Power Rank: Depends on the person using it
Description: This is an Item for other people, given to them by Yamatano. Yamatano can take vials of his own blood and give them to others. This blood is connected to the snake summoning contract, so by breaking the vial and using their own chakra, they can summon snakes. This can be a distraction technique, summoning a giant snake while the person makes a getaway, or a tide turner in an otherwise hopeless battle. Once a vial is used, it cannot be used again.
Weakness: Summons require 1 rank extra chakra (Chuunin level summon requires Jounin level summon chakra)

Well Im thinking something around the lines of 5 posts for it to set in. And at 2 posts you start getting a numbness in your toes and fingers. At 3 your legs start to feel like they're asleep and you can't move them. At 4 you would be almost completly paralyzed to the point where you can still see and speak but you can't move anything else. And at 5 it's total paralysis, so you're pretty much unconsious. And Im thinking that after like maybe 10 of someonelses posts of you being unconcious and them doing whatever with you(Eew sick possbilities.) , you break free and wake up. 2. Well probably like 5 posts of mustering strength for like a kage/sannin. Then just go up by intervals of five for the other ranks. I mean, since your not completly dead, you can still consicously muster some of your strength/chakra. Even if its in a dream-like state. 3.The chakra drain would be minimal, so you wouldn't need to keep track of it necessarely. But if you're using like jounin techniques over and over again, then you'd want to keep track of how much you're using. Im thinking of adding a part in there about the limbs being removable so you can rest without draining charka. oh and as for the power rank. No it doesnt mean that only someone of that rank can use it. I just thought that technology should have power levels like anything else. Like if we have a triple-s ranked machine, then it'd probably have some INSANE ablility.

Description: A mechanical limb that attachs to the nerve of your body and moves to where your arm would have moved. Only for limbs that have been lost or destroyed in battle or such. The arm transfers chakra and energy through it but you lose feel in it.Each mechanical arm has its own weopon and strenghth modifications. for example one may have a knife or a automaitc gun. i am only going to have a built in knife in mine. Weakness: in very cold tempatures the arm might malfunction and give you bad frostibite. If not maintence than it breaks down easily. Picture: here

@st96ss: I'm sorry, but you can't actually. This is due in part to the fact that it was a technology applied specifically for the leaf village. However, if you can make one that is similar, but different enough so that they aren't the same, I'll be happy to look over it and give you suggestions on what needs to be done to it so that it is approved. Cause I mean, you could really just travel with a jounin to Konoha and get one if you really wanted one. He'd probably just make you do some sort of mission for it.

Description: A special type of arm mimicking the leaf arm and modified for the sand village. Its improvements were that its lighter and made mostly from chrome for less rust. Another difference from the leaf village arm is that it can hold more pressure than the leaf village arm can because of the carbon and chrome used in the making of the arm. It has one weapon and it is a hidden knife at the base of the arm that can pop up when needed. Any other modifications must be approved in the custom weapons thread before being made.
Weakness:It will break down in frozen temperatures. The arm after two weeks in RL needs to be serviced for repairs because it is subject to small problems of the mechanical nature. If it is hit by a jounin rank weapon style technique, the arm is subsject to be sliced, although any non chakra based weapon techniques cannot slice completely through the arm because of its durable frame. In battle after fifteen posts, the arm takes away 1 academy level jutsu every five posts to give it a definite level of taking more chakra than the leaf autonomous arm does.
You can modifie something to make it that it can be accepted because i really want this.

Fix the grammatical errors firstly. Then, I want it to be known that any weapon technique of jounin+ can slice the arm in half. I want a SPECIFIC power rank, I don't want people just modifying these left and right. I want only one weapon modification allowed for each one, and each modification must be approved in the custom weapons thread. Make it so that in battle after fifteen posts, the arm takes away 1 academy level jutsu every five posts to give it a definite level of taking more chakra than the leaf arm.
Fix these things up and I'll take a look.

It's fine.
But I still want you to change it to basically word for word what I wrote down. What you changed it to is still vague, and I didn't say it had to be hit 5-8 times, I said ANY jounin+ weapon attack will slice it in half. You need to go back and edit it so that what I outlined is in there, ALL of it.
