DO NOT post growing requests, rank changes, missing uncert requests, etc. in this thread. Use the work thread of the staff member who colored your wolf.
Also, this thread is not for familiar certs -- post those in the thread of the staff member who colored your familiar.
Cert drop-offs happen about once a week, and that's when any cert-related trades will be accepted. Certs will stay up for a minimum of two weeks, after which time you can find them on the parents list. You can notify staff of parent list errors here. The certist is NOT the same as the list updater.
Your lovely certist is Bombazine, and cert questions can be directed towards her.

Cert Notes:
Do not add extraneous information to your cert request. Only post gender if the wolf is on unisex lines, don't post parents if the wolf is not from a breeding, etc.
Do not add extra notes to your certing form. I don't need to anything other than the information on the appropriate form.
Do not edit your cert request. Sometimes I work on certs without logging in and don't strike the requests right away; if you make an edit, I may not see it.
Do not add extra formatting to your cert request. It messes up the strike code.
Most people use the date the wolf was dropped off as the date of birth. You may, however, choose whenever you want for your wolf's birthday. (If it's from a breeding, best to check with the parents.)
If your wolf is a perma-teen, please make a note in your certing form of its actual rank.
Certing errors
There is no fee if we made an oops! Just post here and your cert will be corrected.

Recerts
There is a 1k charge for all recert requests, to be sent to the mule. Please label your trade!
Also use this form if you'd like your wolf moved from the old cert to the new cert.
If your wolf is a pup or adolescent and you want information changed on its next cert, there is no fee as long as you list it before the next stage has been certed. Uncert is not required for this.
Old-style certs never have colorists listed. If you don't know a wolf's colorist, ask a staff member before filling out a form.
