Rules

first of all, No godmodding, period. This means no auto-hitting, you can't dodge everything that's thrown at you, either get hit once in a while, or take cover. Also no one-hit kills... well techniclly, a few people will have that ability, but the Killer and the Killee must first come into an agreement and notify me. (Of course, Mokou and Kaguya are immune to this, since they can't die...) So, um... No one hit Knockouts. And you're not invincible. Even Reimu and Yukari loses rarely. Aww, don't worry, 480 out of 500 isn't that bad... sweatdrop

Secondly, while Canons have to start at their normal locations, Made-up characters can start at the Hakurei Shrine, the Human village, Or if you're feeling gutso, near a location. However, some places are unacessable because of their flight-only paths, so you're only allowed to select ground-level locations.

Third, Canons and Made-ups have to pm me, so I can see who's who. Also, made-ups can't beat canons on their first match... especially if you don't know squat about flight or danmaku. For info, go to Reimu, she's the one who made the system (especially after the stunt Shinki pulled.)

Forth, Canons have to stay in character (use double barraks if you're going OOC. And no L33T sp34k. Ah crud, broke this rule already... Also, no *s, unless you're using it to define a word or making sound effects.

Oh yeah, one more final detail: In a proper danmaku match, if you use up your last spell card, you lose no matter how much strength you have left.

Added rule 1: You can't just start off as a youkai, due to the unfair advantage over human RPers. However, you can change into a youkai over time, be it temporary, at a specific time or permanent. fust make sure the change isn't "Iceicle Fail" easy. (Sorry, Cirno. Had to throw that one in there...)

Made-up profiles

Remember, Made ups can't eveen have a proper danmaku match until they've made their first spellcard. And to do that, you'll need to learn how to:

A- Use danmaku
B- Fly (Not recommended, but is learned naturally.)

Also, everyone here starts out human. If you want to be a yokai, head over to Yukari, Assuming if you can get to her in one piece or without getting eaten. your best bet in survival is to find her at the shrine, but she's also not likely to be there.

She starts to fling random arrowheads all around in nope of signalling someone...

"*hmph* They are obviously not going to show up." Merlin said, "I know! I'll go to the human village and see what they are up to she turns around to go to the village and *PHWAM* runs into one of the pillars at the border....she slowly slides down the pillar and then falls out of the sky, rapidly heading towards the ground. 8 feet above the ground she arcs upward catching herself. "Haha that would have been close" she then turns around and runs into a tree and get knocked unconscious"

There was one thing that Yukari hated...

And that was boredom.

Without Aya to mess with sensually, Reimu to bother, and Suika to drink with, Yukari was left by herself, her shikigamis away on orders. She decided to have fun.

Why not open the border for a little while and let some humans in?

Being the one behind the Spiriting away, Yukari had done this countless times.
