Choose the Pokémon and their movesets yourself, and we'll help you then. We're not going to build a team for you. :|

What Tippy said.
What do you expect us to do exactly?
Pokemon is fun because you build a team based on YOUR likes and dislikes.

Alright, what are their movesets? What roles will they serve? Do you have a strategy, or are you going with Goodstuffs? Do you want them to be fully evolved or do you want them to stay how they are (i.e. do you HAVE to use Sneasel or are you willing to use Weaville)?

ivenusaur My stratagie is too have like all the types so i can top any type in case one of my pokemon has an advantage i can just throw out another one for its place to defeat it by an dis-advantage . You realize that that's impossible, right? You can't be a Jack of All Trades Master Of None in competitive battle, because there's a guarantee that you'll come across at least three people with teams that're able to easily murder yours due to the fact that they tailored their teams to counter Jack of All Trade teams. Or just because you cannot counter everything ever with a single team.
Type matching is also a piss poor strategy because a huge chunk of "pro" com.bat-trained Pokémon are either so strong they can actually stand up to the opposing Type, or are "traps" in that if they get KO'd they'll take you down with them. Type matching is a good mini strategy, but definitely not something to solely rely on.
Not to sound mean, but maybe you should go read some com.bat articles on Smogon before attempting to make a serious competitive battle team? It's clear to me that you really have no idea what you're doing (and there's nothing wrong with that. You should just educate yourself a little first so you know where to start). Competitive battle is very unlike in-game battles against NPCs.

just put it in your mouth ... the way you worded it... ...you took him and smashed him into little pieces... ...then you told him to sit in a corner for a week and educate himself... ... tippy I think I love you... I'm a very blunt person, but I meant no insult to him. I was once in his same spot, so I know it's much easier to do some reading on the subject before jumping into practicing it, especially since com.bat is a very complex subject. Even I still don't fully grasp it.

That's okay. : )
I think we all thought that this kind of team work at some point. It happens. I suggest looking at competitive team building guides (use google), or like Tippy said, smogon is a great resource. I too like to use pokemon thata re related to first and second gen.
