Ash stopped at the the beginning of the mountain pass the the Cloud village. He surveyed the area with a blank expression then it suddenly snapped into an excited smirk. This pass was dangerous and Ash knew it, that made it exciting.
He took off into the pass at a run. The rough terrain was no match for Ash. He encountered no problems for a awhile and was beginning to be disappointed when he heard a rumble above him. Looking up he saw many decent sized rocks falling right towards him. His eyes lit up and he slid to a stop under the falling rocks. Without even activating his anigan he avoided the first large boulder and used it as a stool to thrust himself right into the middle of the cascade of rocks. Ikon was drawn swiftly and Ash. "Let's play, Ikon." He said enthusiastically to his sword as the largest boulder was about to smack him. His smile split his face and his eyes shifted to give the rock a shrewed glance. Bringing Ikon around with power and speed the rock was cut clean in half before plummeting the rest of the way to the ground on either side of him. Ash then moved swiftly to attack the other rocks. Once he was finished he preformed a flip, sheathing Ikon, and landing on his feet. Ash then stood back to admire his rocky masterpiece. Yes, that's right. Ash hadn't just blindly slash boulders to cut them, he had made a work of art by timing the attacks and predicting were they would fall. The rocks where arranged like petals of a rose around the first rock that had hit the ground. Ash grinned with satisfaction before moving on.

Ash had the same manner about him. Though it was more like he wanted boulders to try and fall on his head at any moment, rather that not care at all. Ash picked up his pace slightly to match Coren's. "Alright, follow me then." He said with a smile picking up his pace to a light run. It amused him somewhat that he was getting to lead the way.

Ash grinned at Coren. He actually didn't mind company, it made for so many more possible situations to make a trip less boring. Skipping right past his piece of rocky art they quickly came upon the forests.

Kano headed out of lightning country heading towards rock because he had recently heard some rumors that he wanted to find out if it was true or not. "Well off to the rock village then".

Zane arrived at the Hidden Path to the Cloud Village, the creatures leading him as he had whispered to them where to lead him. He was extremely suspicious of the Mist village, the way the Mizukage was so paranoid unerved him. Though he had good reason to be paranoid, he did indeed have to return to Cloud for an errand. He turned to the creatures and pretended to thank them for showing him this alternate route. "Well...it was really good of the Raikage to send you guys to me to guard me on the way," he stated in a normal tone rather than a hushed one. Anyone following him would clearly be able to hear what he had just said, if he even was followed. Spending even five minutes with the Mizukage, he wouldn't put it past Mist to do so. "Man...this journey has been tiring," he said as he sighed, brushing the sweat from his brow.

Zane decided rest time was over and began going towards the Cloud village. He still had the Cloud headband, so he would be indeed let back into the village, especially since he had been there before and knew his way around. He'd have to figure out a way to convince the guards as well that he was a cloud shinobi. No matter...like he said, he had learned all about the Cloud Village from his brother.
