Sometimes called Midgar-2, this city is the zenith of Midgar Technology. Built completely on the tip of the plate facing the ocean, this city is completely man-made with no natural resources used in their native state. It's almost a front to nature to see such a town. No magic was used in its construction either. This place use to act as a military base for the Shinra Corporation and even comes equipped with it's own oversized cannon that is said to be more powerful than the city it mimics in the other world. Of course, it's never been fired once so no one's certain about this. However, most of the military facilities here have fallen into disuse thanks to how peaceful the town and the world are. The only thing that Shinra built that still works is the water purification plant and the airport. This is also the only land route to the country of Spira. An enormous bridge stretches out from the shadow of the cannon and goes across the ocean to the town of Bevelle.

The broken and battered car slowly rolled into the city of Jun-on. A little smoke ehre and there never hurt anyone so it was nothing major to worry about but still, it was nice to be out of the wilderness in a jellopy like this
However, in the end, the car was still stolen... more or less. Ceh had no clue if the fat b*****d and his whore friend... errrr I mean lady friend had had time to report it or if they were giving some poor, unknowing monster a HORRID case of indigestion. Monsters just didn't deserve that kind of treatement really.
The car would simply sit outside the main gate area of Jun-on, outside the checkpoint. Eventually someone would come by and find the car, but by then he hoped to be FAR away from here.
There were two routes in the city rally. Going through the front door wasn't very hard and actually it was a bit easier at the moment as many of the guards were being called away to midgar to destroy the threat there. So without so much as a second glance, Ceh was able to carry an unconcious girl into the Second Midgar. He needed to get to Bevelle fast as the portals were already appearing to activate. If they did fully activate, things would get... messy to say the least.
His first and most obvious decision was to head to the airport.
[Jun-on Airport]
As normal, the place was alive with various people coming and going. The Midgar airport was one of the more bussy ones in he world. It was a great place to gather information or simply to get lost. Ceh was banking on the 'getting lost' part.
Tickets and lodging were easy enough to come by with a little cash and eventually they were on their way.

The bordem of the trip was starting to set in. Granted they had only been onboard for about 2 hours but he bored easily as was becoming pretty obvious. So a time would come where he would take a bit of a leasiruly stroll with the unconcious Seirra still resting on his shoulder. Glancing around, he wouldn't find much to do... airships rarly had much that he wanted to do. Why weren't there ever any battle domes or brothels on these places? Or a good video game arcade... yea that would be nice.
The breeze on the deck was... oddly stagnent. It was blowing, yes but something was... off about it. Ceh ignored it though as he was fairly sure it was nothing important.
Moving over to the side of the deck, Ceh would pull out a steel poll that was laying in the background, probably left over from repairs or what not. He would take some wiring and, after a little fandanglling, would begin to fish with the summoner. It was actually quite peacefl just sitting... on the side of an airship deck... with a kid hanging off a metal pole and swaying in the wind....

Seira had been out of it the whole trip completely unaware of what Ceh was doing nor where he was heading off too. Every so often she'd stir but wouldn't wake, she was too tired to wake up even if she had wanted to she wouldn't have been able to. There had been a good few times while the man had been carrying her then she had nearly drooled on him ( one can blame dreaming of good food for that ) it was probably fortunate she hadn't. One wouldn't want to imagine what he would've done to her if she had even if it was on accident. Chances were he wouldn't ended up dragging her or something similar to that.
Mumbling something under her breath the female stirred in her sleep again but something about it was different, there was no support or anyone holding her. It actually felt like she was floating, swaying in the wind. Blinking her eyes open the first thing she saw was the sky and closed. "..ah... what a nice vie..." as she muttered to herself her head tilted downwards where she would quickly realize the situation she was in. When she did her eyes would become wide open and she would become completely conscious. For a moment she just swayed in the wind in silence as her mind tried figuring out a reaction, finally something came to her. Clinching her fists she called, no yelled, out to the master mind behind this wonderful plan. "CEEEHHHH!!!"
It was more then obvious the girl was pissed, not to mention her body wasn't in the best of conditions after what had happened in Midgar. She wasn't in the mood for such treatment. Why couldn't the man have left her in some hotel or something? He just had to drag her along?
To busy worrying about her current situation she didn't notice a shadow move in the distance.

Ceh opened his eyes for a moment and looked down. Truth be told, he had rigged the pole up against some railing to keep it stable while he napped. He glanced over the railing and looked to her, "Uh? Oh you're awake... Calm down would ya, I double tied that rope. I wantted to test a theory I had."
Sitting back down, Ceh yawned loudly then stretched out on the floor of the deck as the wind became harsh and stiffling again. He glanced over the rail but sawnothing and simply laid back down.
He looked up to the sky for along moment and started to drift again.

Hearing him tell her to calm down she decided mainly because at the moment it was most likely the best thing to do. She wouldn't want to move to much causing the knot to break would she? It was a long... long fall down. Well technically it wasn't the fall that would kill her, it was the sudden stop at the bottom. Crossing her arms she let her body sway with the wind. "What theory?"

"Well, techniqually it's a two part theory. First part is to see if you can sky fish. Second is to see if you're negative A cup will resember a worm enough for a monster to come and try and snack on you." He said it so calmly, as if it weren't something that would erase her frome existance. He was very soft spoken as he said this.
The air shifted again and he felt it. Glancing over the railing he still didn't see anything. he would lay back and smile, "Feels like your pullin somethin in but hell if I know what it is. Be a dear and keep an eye out for me would ya?" he said

Her brown eyes opened wider as he explained his messed up theory. "EEHHH!!!???" Was he serious? What why was she even wondering that of course he was serious, this guy was the most cynical a***e she had ever meet. "Pulling something?" hearing that she quickly turned her head side to side looking for any indication of something unwanted. "Hey.. um... Ceh... What happens if this works?" Sure she may be tied up like a worm but she was a warm with magic and summons, she just couldn't help but wonder if he was going to help her out or simply watch, or sleep.

"Hmmm, worse cases are you're eaten by a pack of flying monsters in which case they'd rip you apart. Or you'd fall to your death. Falling from this height would actually be a blessing. The wind pressure would knock you unconcious LOOOOOOOONG before you hit the ground. But teh general idea of this is to snatch you up before the monsters get ya. Hence leaving you alive. Of course, if you freak and fire off any magic attacks before i pull you up, you might electricute yourself or fry the rope... so i'd remain calm if I were you. Understood?"
Again, so calm and cool.

Seira shut her mouth up and swayed in the wind with her arms crossed. What amazed her the most was the fact no one on the ship seemed to be noticing any of this? Why the hell was that? Where were the crew? Sighing she stayed quiet and let him have his way. She was in no mood to argue with him, especially considering the likely consequence if she did, not to mention fighting with him she always seemed to lose. And he always managed to twist his way out of things.
"Fine... I'll keep my eyes open.."

~Summon Data~
Name: Tiamat Rank: IV Age: ??? Gender: Female
~Appearance~
Height: 23 ft tall, 35ft from tail to head. Weight: ??? Physical Description: A solid black dragon with demonic glowing red eyes. She has a wingspan of over 50 ft. Much like her younger brother, she resembles a sleeker version of a European dragon able to stand on her hind legs and prefers to do so most times. Her scales are so black that if she closes her eyes on a moonless night, she completely vanishes into the night sky. Even up-close, it is hard to tell where one scale stops and another begins giving her a very sleek, void-like appearance. Background: Feared from the moment of her birth, Tiamut is supposed to bring about destruction and terror wherever she goes. She was to be the leader of the Summons but refused the throne… by blowing it up. In a strange twist, the only person she has ever shown affection too is the one person she is usually trying to kill; her brother Bahamut. To everyone else, she is usually indifferent or trying to eat them. Not much is known about how she or Bahamut were raised, just that they are very close and will not suffer others bothering their sibling. Even if on is trying to kill the other. Personality: When it comes to her affairs, she’s very secretive. When it comes to others affairs, she’s rather eat you than listen to you talk about it. She is usually listless and likes to destroy things or set chaos in motion just for the hell of it. She only really gets railed up when her brother is involved. A little known fact is that she actually has split personality disorder but keeps it under control by controling her emotions. Thus, unlease her emotions and unlease her true power. Other: While rare, if she takes a liking to someone, her eye’s shine a pale blue when she talks to them instead of the deadly red.
Techniques:
Summon Spell-
Shadow Flair Description: The elder sister of the lord of Summons. It is unknown whom is stronger between the two. Being his counter, when she is called, she releases her full fury in a blast of energy that is so dense, it devours light itself and leaves nothing but darkness in it’s wake. But no one is sure how much of her power this represents. MP: 700 Damage: darkness 1250 – 1500 + User’s Int Mod Special: Cannot be owned by New characters. Must be obtained via rp some way.
Spells-
Abilities- Dark Flames Description: A staple attack of most dragons is some sort of breath attack. Well, here it is, only black... and full of evil and malace... and bad stuff like that. AP: 50 Damage: darkness 125 – 170 + User’s Con Mod
Hell Claws Description: Sure most dragons have freakishly high strength but how many of them can boast about covering their bodies in flames to smack their enemies?! AP: 100 Damage: [element of user] + User’s Int Mod to regular attacks Special: Lasts for 5 turns
Poison Gas Description: By exhaling the chemicals used to make their flames without lighting them, dragons can release a powerful toxic gas into the air that smells like roses to them but death to... well... just about everything else around. AP: 50 Effect: Inflicts "Poison", "Plague", and "Virus" Special: Gas lingers on the ground for 3 Posts. -Only have to do 1 check per post for all three instead of 3 seperate checks.
Limit Break-
Omega Flair Description: A horribly powerful attack that literally makes the entire planet quake when its used. Thus, the Summon Council has forbidden Tiamut from ever using this attack unless absolutely necessary… interesting how she finds ‘absolutely necessary’ anytime she see’s her brother. She gathers all the darkness in the land and compresses it into a single point, leaving the world bright and lacking of any darkness for a few moments. When released, a vale of darkness swallows the planet for a few moments and leaves a whole that pours darkness out of itself for at least 1 month’s time. Damage: 9000 – 12500 + Int Mod x 2 Special: AOE attack
~Stats~

Another deep feeling fell over the ship, this time it struck everyone on the deck and even a few people inside the ship. Ceh instantly sat up and gripped his blades as he looked around for a long moment. He realized that the sky had become very quiet. Only the sound of th engine from the airship could be heard. No birds, no monsters, not even the clouds were making a sound. Glancing around, he felt a deep pressure pushing on his chest all of a sudden.
Glancing down, he noticed his magicite pouch glowing a blazing red. He knew it was the magicite of the Summon King but why the ******** was he freaking out all of a sudden. It was a little known fact that if a summon is closly tied to something your near, it's magicite will react to it just as if the summon itself was there. So while the actual Bahamut might be asleep somewhere, the magical energies tied to him were going haywire for some reason.
Ceh moved to the edge of the ship and sheathed one blade. He took ahold of the steel pole acting as a fishing rod and began to yank it back. "OK kiddo, that's enough for today."
It was a freakishly hellish sight really. As Ceh pulled the girl in, something was right on her heels. Ceh would pull with the utmost power to yank the girl back onto the deck and not a moment to soon. Fangs as dark as they were sharp pierced the sky and just barly missed clipping the girl in half with a single bite.
The ship would be pushed to one side, causing several people to go tumbling to the side and almost off the edge. If not for a few protective spells in place, it would surely have been the last flight for quite a few people.
A beast shot past the bow of the ship, causing the balance to be put off. It would circle the sky and then begin to circle. Ceh was one of the few people to keep his balance. Glancing up, he would see the beast and then look back to Seirra, "Hey, looks like you hooked a big one." A quick step to the girl and a fast motion of the hand and she would be freed of her ropes. Afterwhich, Ceh would begin to move back to the cabins, "Welp, have fun with that one. Wake me when it's over."

Waiting was proving to be extremely boring,so boring she had to keep herself from falling asleep. Though things were quiet and calm something in her gut told her something was very very wrong, as if it were too quiet. The calm before the storm. Glancing downwards her brown eyes opened up in shock at what she witnessed, fangs aiming straight for her. Before she was able to call out to Ceh he had tugged her to safety and in the nick of time too.
Now untied she had planned on watching Ceh fight the beast but her assumptions were wrong he was expecting her to do it. Quickly walking over to the cabin door she put her hand against it enabling Ceh to open it. Well he could easily overcome her and get in with no trouble if he really wanted too. "Like hell I will! You brought it over her now you can get rid of it! In case you haven't noticed I'm not in the greatest of conditions to fight! Not to mention the fact I know I wouldn't be able to win, and if I did manage it would be by some miracle!"

The scent of brimstone filled the air (rotten eggs basically). Ceh covered his nose as he looked to the girl then back to the beast that now hovered over the airship. He had noticed one very important thing, this thing was gliding. It hadn't flapped it's wings the entire time it was up here meaning it had amazing airtime.
It also meant that when it did flap its wings... speak of the devil, it needed to flap its wings.
Ceh would knock Seirra's hand off the door and swing it open, he would then push the girl into the door and get in himself as a huge gust of wind literally sweapt clean. Most people got slammed against the railing or walls of the ship cabin but many were thrown so hard they pierced the protective barriers... never to be seen again. Ceh stepped back outside and sighed deeply, "Oh gotdammit... why me..."
"I smell the stink of my brother... but it is mixed... magically mixed...one of you have a bond with him. Come forth and summon the wretch so that I may devour you both..." the words would reach every person on the ship, not because of how loud the creature's voice was but because of how much presence it held.
Many deckhands had come to the ships bow and were carrying people back into the cabin while others drew weapons to try and fight the beast. Ceh just shook his head, knowing how futile it was. One of the deckhands, obviously the leader, stepped forward, hand shaking. "I...I am"
Another gust of her wings would send most of the deckhands back into the walls and railings. One or two, again, wouldn't be saved. "Do I look as if I care who you are worm? Unless you carry my brother's contract on you, begone or else I'll eat you simply to sate my bordem."
When things this big threaten to eat you simply cause their bored, that's never good. Ceh grumbled under his breath and moved forward. As he would walk, he looked back and pointed at Seirra, "Keep that door closed. Only let people in but let NO one out." He would stop shortly and toss her a bag. She would regcognize it as her Gil bag although it was mighty flat. It only held a circular shape but a far smaller one than it should have. "Here, take it back."
Ceh would move foward and looked to the one or two deckhands that had managed not to be sent flying. "Yo..." was all he said. And with that, he would spin and kick one right in the head, sending him flying back into the arms of his friends. Ceh would quickly turn and grab the other deckhand and hip throw him into the ground then kick him down towards his friends as well. "Get your asses back in that ship and don't let anyone out here you got me! You do and I'll feed you to this oversized b***h!"
The leader of the deckhands moved foward a bit, a plane sword bare in hand. He had a bit more gaul when dealing with Ceh than he did with Tiamat, "But sir! We can't allow a passenger to deal with this sort of threat and not do something! Besides, you just assaulted two officers of the Midgar..."
"WOULD YOU SHUT THE ******** UP!?" Ceh yelled, "I don't give a damn who you think you are or who you work for!" Turning around, Ceh would look to Tiamat, "I'm Ceh, wanted criminal of Midgar. You bastards should fear me, not try to piss me off!"
Tiamat would chuckle a bit and begin to swoop in closer, forming an x shaped flight pattern as she kept going in and out, close to the deck, "Sooo... you are the one known as Ceh... I've heard of you before and how your very existance is an annoyance to many of the Summons... I smell my brother on you... I think I'll have a good meal eating you."
"Nah, I'd only give you indigestion."
