Housing Development Underground
The Housing Development Station is another one of the smaller stations. Outside the gates, several automated ticket vendors sit outside, screens blank due to the loss of power throught Carter City. On the other side of the gates are two platforms. The tunnel runs west and north. The west-bound passage curves slightly north for Old Carter, while the north-bound passage goes direct to Lanzer Square.
The only light is the dull red emitted by the emergency fixtures, powered by a backup generator hidden away somewhere. The tunnels are roughly 15 feet wide, and 14 feet tall, and contain parallel-running tracks. An occasional train sits on the tracks, allowing for varied cover. The third rail is dead.
