Carter City's powerplant was run by Shylocke Industries until the attack. Now, it sits idle.

This sector features a series of transformers connected to the powerplant itself, and to the power grid. It is separated from the surrounding areas by a chain fence that has seen much better days.

The powerplant itself is on the north-east section of the powerplant. It is a large, warehouse-style building, and the machines inside have all been decimated, giving it the feel of an indoors scrapheap.

• Head northeast to leave Carter City.
  
• Head northwest to reach Industrial Row South Block
  
• Head southwest to reach Downtown North Block
  
• Head south to reach Lanzer Square
  
• Head southeast to reach Intercity 280 North

With the gates standing open behind him he turned and looked around.
"I got a bad feeling about this place. Lets just get in and keep moving."
He made his way over to where four generators were next to each other, they were not running. He climbed up on top of one of them and crouched, surveying the area without the chance of being seen. He made sure to stand on the safe spots, so if they came on he would not be instantly fried.

As he entered the plant he looked about, it seemed the sight of a battle and would most likely prove to be home to another in the future. Taking note of the way the structure was he reached out with his mind and began to tug at the support beams, with the slightest touch they moved. Comforted that should they be attack he could destroy the place if worse came to worse he moved about, holstering the gun his hands took up the flamer.

((Finally managed to catch up to you guys...Quin, it'd be nice if you didn't assume my snakes moved on unless I say they move on. One of them (and only one) is following you.))

One of the snakes had followed the mind of Fischig. It was blind, sightless, soundless, senseless; all it knew was that there was a mind, a glorious mind. It wound its way toward the mind, slowly, carefully attempting to link that mind to that of its master.

((Quin, if Fischig has mental defenses the snake can detect, it'll go away. If not, it stays...but I'm sure Fischig could just focus his will on getting it out and it'll flee. Single snakes are weak that way.))

"I dont see anything from here." Alan said into his headset. He could have just called down to them now, he was close enough, but he had the feeling that being loud right now might not be the best of ideas.
"There could be anything inside there, but thats not where we're headed right now is it? We should just move on."

"We wait now. Let's see what happens next." Fischig looked about the place before he took a seat on some wrecked machinery.

((I never ment to ignore, I had already posted before you said they followed, and no he has no mental defenses besides his armour.))

It flared again, the creature was trying to get into his head this time and it wasn't content. His mind flew through a range of what he could do, his powers would not work in any way for he did not know the mind so nearly well as others of his ordo. It landed upon a thought, best not to let the others in so they'd be unconcerned.

The inquistor man was a bit annoying so he simply ignored him and moved on through and out of the plant. He had better things to do then sit and wait and he noticed that some of the others were ignoring him as well and were moving out.

Alan hopped down from his perch. He moved around the grounds, within sight of the rest of his team.
"I'm gonna go ahead and scout downtown." He said before moving to the side exit. He left the plant and entered an empty downtown street.
